基于序关系分析法的节水型社会建设综合评价

【摘要】：科学合理地评价我国节水型社会建设水平对水资源可持续发展意义重大。根据评价对象的特点和评价活动的实际需要,运用序关系分析法构建了节水型社会建设综合评价模型,不仅对节水型社会复合大系统进行综合评价,还对水资源子系统、生态环境子系统和经济社会子系统进行单独评价。同时,在参考国内外先进节水水平以及有关标准的基础上,综合确定了节水型社会的发展阶段及各阶段综合评价指数的参考标准值,并根据统计数据对我国2001~2010年节水型社会建设评价进行了实证研究,评价结果和实际情况较吻合,为节水型社会建设提供了指导。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance for the sustainable development of water resources to evaluate scientifically and reasonably the construction level of water-saving society in China. According to the characteristics of the evaluation objects and the actual needs of the evaluation activities, the comprehensive evaluation model of water-saving society construction is constructed by using the method of order relation analysis. Not only the comprehensive evaluation of water-saving society complex large-scale system, but also the separate evaluation of water resources subsystem, ecological environment subsystem and economic and social subsystem. At the same time, on the basis of referring to the advanced water-saving level and related standards at home and abroad, This paper comprehensively determines the development stage of water-saving society and the reference standard value of comprehensive evaluation index in each stage, and makes an empirical study on the construction evaluation of water-saving society in China from 2001 to 2010 according to the statistical data. The evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation. It provides guidance for the construction of water-saving society.
