基于LID理念与技术的嘉善城市公园绿地建设状况与对策研究

【摘要】:节水型社会的建设是我国城市建设中的一个重要举措,通过对雨水管理净化和再利用,减少城市水质净化成本,降低市政管网经济投入,促进人与自然的和谐相处。而LID技术(Low impact development),则是通过小型、易建造及维护成本低的设施,从而为实现面源污染控制、洪峰削减、维持景观生态及水土保持等多种功能而存在。本文通过文献研究、实证研究与对比、逻辑思维研究等方法,将理论研究与实际应用设计相结合起来。对LID理论和技术的发展历程进行分析研究,分析国内外不同城市不同空间中LID技术应用方法,总结LID技术主要形式、功能、结构。本文通过网络资料的收集和现场调研,从嘉善本地区域条件和发展必要性出发,对嘉善城市公园中的LID技术应用进行了基础性的调查。同时研究LID技术现阶段在嘉善城市公园中的应用状况,从普及率、规格、成效等方面与周边城市成功案例进行了分析对比,发现现阶段嘉善城市公园LID技术所面临的问题。本文最后提出应该让政府和专业技术人员关注LID技术的应用,从政府政策引导、完善法律体系、加强鼓励制度、培养技术型人才和加大宣传力度等方面,因地制宜的倡导嘉善城市公园绿地中LID技术的应用。同时形成大致的LID技术应用导则,为嘉善LID技术应用提供一定的参考方向。
[Abstract]:The construction of water-saving society is an important measure in the urban construction of our country. Maintenance of landscape ecology and soil and water conservation and other functions exist in this paper through literature research, empirical research and comparison, logical thinking research and other methods, Combining theoretical research with practical application design, this paper analyzes the development course of LID theory and technology, analyzes the application methods of LID technology in different space of different cities at home and abroad, summarizes the main forms and functions of LID technology. Structure. Through the collection of network data and field investigation, this paper starts from the local conditions and the necessity of development of Jiashan. This paper makes a basic investigation on the application of LID technology in Jiashan City Park. At the same time, it studies the application of LID technology in Jiashan City Park at the present stage. After analyzing and comparing with the successful cases of the surrounding cities, the paper finds out the problems facing the LID technology in Jiashan City Park at the present stage. Finally, this paper proposes that the government and technical personnel should pay attention to the application of LID technology. From the government policy guidance, consummates the legal system, strengthens the encouragement system, trains the technical talented person and strengthens the propaganda and so on aspect, The author advocates the application of LID technology in the green space of Jiashan City Park according to local conditions. At the same time, it forms the general guidelines for the application of LID technology, which provides a certain reference direction for the application of LID technology in Jiashan City Park.
