长距离输水工程中稳压溢流塔的水力特性研究

【摘要】:远距离输水工程已成为缺水地区水资源严重短缺局面的重要工程手段。溢流塔在长输工程中起着保护管道,防止水击发生,稳定管道内压强和流态的重要作用。传统的溢流塔有着结构复杂,工程投资高等缺点,本文在分析了传统溢流塔的基础上提出了双管式稳压溢流塔这一新型溢流塔,采用物理模型试验的方法对其水力特性进行了研究。本文所做工作有如下几点: (1)介绍了长距离输水工程的现实意义,并对输水管道中水击压力的危害做了梳理,指出了溢流塔对保障输水管道安全运行具有的重要作用。 (2)双管式溢流塔在结构上与虹吸管具有相似性,因此对虹吸管原理进行了概括,并将其与双管式溢流塔进行比较。研究了溢流塔上水竖管中水流流速的分布规律和泄水竖管中水流的流态,并分析了溢流塔中压强的变化,并指出溢流塔在工程运行中应注意的事项。 (3)研究了溢流塔泄流时流量与压强的关系,总结了溢流塔顶部出现负压的原因。 (4)结合工程实际,对原方案进行了优化改进,给出了溢流塔压力水头与泄流量的关系式,为工程实践提供参考。
[Abstract]:An important means of long-distance water transfer project has become a serious shortage of water resources shortage area situation. Overflow tower plays in the long distance pipeline protection project, to prevent water hammer occurs, an important role in stabilizing the pipeline pressure and flow. The traditional overflow tower has a complex structure, project investment disadvantages, based on the analysis of the the traditional overflow tower on the double pipe type regulator overflow tower which is a new type of overflow tower, using the method of physical model test was carried out to study the hydraulic characteristics. The work of this paper are as follows:
(1) the practical significance of long distance water conveyance project is introduced, and the harm of water hammer pressure in water conveyance pipeline is combed. It is pointed out that the overflow tower plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of water conveyance pipeline.
(2) double tube type overflow tower structure and the rainbow Straw is similar, so the Hong Straw principle were summarized, and compared with the double pipe overflow tower. The flow velocity of fluid flow in the standpipe water overflow tower distribution and drainage standpipe, and analyzes the changes of pressure relief in the tower, and points out matters overflow tower should be paid attention to in the running process of the project.
(3) the relationship between the flow and pressure of the overflow tower is studied, and the cause of the negative pressure on the top of the overflow tower is summarized.
(4) combined with the actual project, the original scheme was optimized and improved, and the relationship between the pressure head of the overflow tower and the discharge flow was given, and the reference for the engineering practice was provided.
