雨水花园在规划设计中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着“美丽中国”发展观与新型城镇化建设理念的提出,实现低碳、绿色、可持续的城市建设已成为当前我国所面临的重要任务。然而,随着城市化进程的快速发展,城市不透水地面率不断增加,加之人们对于雨水疏导与利用观念的滞后性,致使洪涝灾害问题频发。而雨水花园作为绿色基础设施的一部分,一方面响应了“绿色城市”、“生态城市”与“低碳城市”的发展理念,另一方面为调雨增绿提供了新的途径,为解决城市雨洪频发问题提出了系统性的应对措施。 首先,本文以新型城镇化背景下雨洪问题以及绿色低碳的生活方式作为研究背景,针对国内外雨水花园发展现状进行归纳整理,明晰了雨水花园相关概念,提出了通过对雨水花园在规划设计中的应用研究,,使景观、城市规划与雨水利用融合到一起的设计思路,摒弃传统城市建设中以排为主的泄洪思想。 其次,文章从设计原则、场地设置、建造要求与管理维护等方面,系统性阐述了雨水花园在规划中的设计建构,明晰了雨水花园相关的建设标准与原则要求。在此基础上从城市规划设计的角度入手,系统分析了包括建筑屋顶、公共绿地、广场铺地以及城市道路等城市空间与雨水花园的结合应用,在一定程度上实现了雨水花园与规划设计层面的整合,通过利用景观绿地的渗水作用进行分散式的雨洪控制与管理,达到缓解城市洪涝问题、丰富城市绿量及保护城市生态环境的目的。 再者,文章借鉴河南驻马店石庄新社区的规划案例,具体剖析了将雨水花园与规划设计进行同步统一考虑的雨水生态设施规划策略。据此本文还以世界范围内广泛采用的SWMM模型软件为平台,建构了新社区中的居住庭院和停车庭院雨水花园生态系统模型,为本文提供了实证研究。 最后,结合论文的研究结论,提出了未来雨水花园在规划设计中的应用将转变成为“雨水资源循环利用”,不仅仅是针对于城市排水与雨洪调控,而是融合了环境、生态、可持续发展的雨水设计策略。
[Abstract]:With the development concept of "beautiful China" and the new concept of urbanization, the realization of low-carbon, green and sustainable urban construction has become an important task facing our country. However, with the rapid development of urbanization, The increasing rate of impermeable land in cities, coupled with the lag in people's perceptions of Rain Water's diversion and utilization, has led to frequent flooding problems. As part of the green infrastructure, Rain Water Gardens is a part of the green infrastructure. On the one hand, it responds to the development ideas of "green city", "ecological city" and "low carbon city", on the other hand, it provides a new way to adjust rain and increase green, and puts forward systematic countermeasures to solve the problem of frequent rain flood in cities. First of all, with the background of new urbanization rain flood and green low carbon lifestyle as the research background, aiming at the current situation of Rain Water Garden at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and arranges the related concepts of Rain Water Garden. Through the application research of Rain Water garden in the planning and design, this paper puts forward the design idea of combining landscape, urban planning and Rain Water, and abandons the flood discharge thought in the traditional urban construction. Secondly, from the aspects of design principles, site setting, construction requirements and management and maintenance, the article systematically expounds the design and construction of Rain Water Garden in the planning. This paper clarifies the construction standards and principle requirements related to Rain Water's garden. On this basis, from the angle of urban planning and design, it systematically analyzes the building roof, public green space, The combination of urban space such as plaza paving and urban road with Rain Water garden, to a certain extent, has realized the integration of Rain Water garden and planning and design, and carried out decentralized rain flood control and management by utilizing the water seepage function of landscape green space. It can alleviate the problem of urban flood, enrich the urban green quantity and protect the urban ecological environment. Furthermore, the article draws lessons from the planning case of the new community in Zhumadian Shizhuang, Henan Province. This paper analyzes the planning strategy of Rain Water's ecological facilities, which synchronizes Rain Water garden with planning and design. Based on the SWMM model software widely used in the world, this paper also takes it as a platform. The ecosystem model of living courtyard and parking yard Rain Water garden in the new community is constructed, which provides an empirical study for this paper. Finally, based on the conclusion of the paper, it is pointed out that the future application of Rain Water Garden in planning and design will be transformed into "Rain Water Resource Recycling", not only for urban drainage and rain flood control, but also for the integration of environment and ecology.
