“五水共治”的文化内涵及其战略意义

【摘要】：中国历史上一直有重视治水的传统。作为中华历史发展进程中的重要文化元素和瑰宝之一,治水文化的传承创新对国家软实力构建具有极为重大的现实战略意义。作为治水的排头兵,浙江的"五水共治"是对古代治水"天人合一"文化思想的演进升华,是一种全社会弘扬人与自然和谐相处的良好文化风尚。从这个角度看,"五水共治"战略不仅为我国水环境治理贡献了浙江经验和智慧,而且还向全球发展中国家提供了一个区别于西方资本主义国家的水环境治理模式、体现中国智慧的"中国方案"。
[Abstract]:As one of the important cultural elements and treasures in the development of Chinese history, there has always been a tradition of attaching importance to water control in Chinese history. The inheritance and innovation of water control culture is of great realistic strategic significance to the construction of national soft power. As the vanguard of water control, Zhejiang's "five rivers together" is the evolution and sublimation of the ancient cultural thought of "harmony of nature and man". It is a good cultural style for the whole society to carry forward the harmony between man and nature. From this perspective, the strategy of "five water management together" has not only contributed Zhejiang experience and wisdom to the water environment management in our country. It also provides a water environment treatment model for the developing countries in the world, which is different from the western capitalist countries and embodies China's wisdom.
