导流洞封堵体温控设计及应力特征研究

【摘要】:为分析大体积混凝土在导流洞封堵过程中安全性,依托某电站工程实例,从热力学理论出发进行瞬态分析,通过理论计算相关参数,运用ANSYS软件建立三维有限元模型,对未采取温控的临时堵头和采用温控永久堵头浇筑全过程的温度场及应力场进行仿真分析。结果表明,通水冷却温控措施使温降速率明显增大,混凝土温度极值降低。入仓温度降低有利于堵头浇筑最高温度和最大温升的降低,同时有利于结构主应力量值的减小,且对较长的永久堵头影响更明显。通过APDL语言二次开发的程序,得到全过程的应力极值及分布,可针对性采取工程措施降低应力水平。结果可为类似工程提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the safety of mass concrete in the plugging process of diversion tunnel, the transient analysis is carried out on the basis of thermodynamic theory, and the three-dimensional finite element model is established by using ANSYS software. The temperature field and stress field of temporary plug without temperature control and permanent plug with temperature control are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the temperature drop rate is obviously increased by temperature control measures of water cooling. The decrease of the temperature extreme value of concrete is beneficial to the decrease of the maximum temperature and the maximum temperature rise, and the decrease of the principal stress value of the structure, and the decrease of the entering temperature is beneficial to the reduction of the maximum temperature and the maximum temperature rise. The stress extremum and distribution of the whole process can be obtained by the second development program of APDL language, and the engineering measures can be taken to reduce the stress level. The results can provide a reference for similar projects.
