闸站结合工程布置方案比选研究

【摘要】：闸站结合布置型式在水利工程中应用较为广泛,但在其运行过程中结构的相互影响关系较为复杂。以扬州市黄金坝闸站结合工程为例,拟定3种布置方案,运用ABAQUS有限元软件计算各类工况下的结构位移场和应力场。对各类布置形式下结构位移和应力的对比研究表明:闸站一体布置方案可以最大程度地降低闸站的总宽,工程量较小,且整体稳定性较好。经综合分析,确定该方案为较优的闸站结合布置型式。计算成果对今后闸站结合工程设计具有参考意义。
[Abstract]:The combined layout of sluice station is widely used in water conservancy engineering, but the interaction relationship of structure in its operation process is more complicated. Taking Yangzhou Jinba sluice station combination project as an example, three kinds of layout schemes are drawn up. ABAQUS finite element software is used to calculate the structural displacement field and stress field under various working conditions. The comparative study on the structural displacement and stress under various layout forms shows that the total width of the gate station can be minimized by the integrated layout scheme of the gate and the station. The project quantity is small and the overall stability is good. Through comprehensive analysis, it is determined that this scheme is a better combination arrangement type of gate and station. The result of calculation is of reference significance for the design of sluice and station combination engineering in the future.
