硫酸氢钠对黄河泥沙工程特性的改性及机理研究

【摘要】:采用NaHSO_4来活化黄河泥沙,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)和固相核磁共振(MAS-NMR)等方法,分析了NaHSO_4与黄河泥沙的作用机理.结果表明:在NaHSO_4作用下,黄河泥沙与水泥的反应活性明显提高,其28d抗压强度、可塑性和软化系数随着NaHSO_4质量分数的增加而提高;当NaHSO_4质量分数为6%时,活化黄河泥沙的活性指数达到0.64,软化系数为0.36.FTIR,XRD和MAS-NMR的分析结果显示,在NaHSO_4作用下,黄河泥沙中长石的Si—O—Al基团键角发生偏移,四面体网络结构聚合度下降而活性增加,从而改善了其工程特性.
[Abstract]:The interaction mechanism between NaHSO_4 and Yellow River sediment was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), FTIR (FTIR) and solid phase magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MAS-NMRs). The results show that: under the action of NaHSO_4, the mechanism of interaction between NaHSO_4 and sediment of the Yellow River is analyzed by using NaHSO_4 to activate the sediment of the Yellow River. The reaction activity of Yellow River sediment with cement is obviously increased, and its 28d compressive strength, plasticity and softening coefficient increase with the increase of NaHSO_4 mass fraction, and when the NaHSO_4 mass fraction is 6, The activity index of activated Yellow River sediment is 0.64, and the softening coefficient is 0.36 FTIR XRD and MAS-NMR. The results show that under the action of NaHSO_4, the Si-O-Al bond angle of feldspar in Yellow River sediment shifts, while the polymerization degree of tetrahedron network decreases and the activity increases. Thus, the engineering characteristics are improved.
