南宁市库堤联合防洪优化调度研究

【摘要】:南宁市是广西首府,洪水灾害较为频繁。承担南宁市防洪任务的防洪工程有百色水库、老口水库以及邕江防洪大堤。百色水库以防洪为主,兼顾发电、灌溉、航运、供水等;老口水库以航运、防洪为主。二者分别为郁江第二和第七个梯级。南宁市防洪大堤基本已达到为50年一遇的标准。合理的将防洪工程联合并充分发挥各自调度及泄流能力优势,来提高南宁市的防洪能力,对城市发展乃至下游流域的安全都具有重大意义。 本文先对流域以及百色水库、老口水库和邕江防洪堤进行了简要介绍。根据设计洪水的推求原理结合南宁市流域洪水特征,选取1968.8大洪水作为典型洪水进行放大,推求设计洪水。结合百色水库、老口水库的防洪调度原则以及邕江防洪大堤的防洪能力,建立库堤联合防洪优化调度模型,并利用动态规划法对该模型进行求解。分析研究百色水库、老口水库以及邕江防洪堤相结合的防洪调度问题。使之对百色水库和老口水库的实际调度运行有一定的指导意义,更好的为南宁城市建设和经济发展提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:Nanning is the capital city of Guangxi with frequent flood disasters. The flood control projects in Nanning include Baise Reservoir, Laokou Reservoir and Yongjiang River Flood Control Embankment. Baise Reservoir is mainly for flood control, which takes into account power generation, irrigation, shipping, water supply and so on. The Laokou Reservoir is mainly composed of shipping and flood control. They are the second and seventh steps of the Yujiang River, respectively. The flood control levee in Nanning City has basically reached the standard of once in 50 years. To improve the flood control capacity of Nanning is of great significance to the development of the city and the safety of the downstream river basin. In this paper, the basin, Baise reservoir, Laokou reservoir and Yongjiang flood control embankment are briefly introduced. According to the principle of design flood calculation and the flood characteristics of Nanning river basin, 1968.8 flood is selected as the typical flood to enlarge. Combined with the flood control principle of Baise Reservoir and Laokou Reservoir and the flood control capacity of Yongjiang River flood control embankment, the model of combined optimal flood control operation of reservoir embankment is established. The dynamic programming method is used to solve the model. The flood control operation problem of Baise Reservoir, Laokou Reservoir and Yongjiang River Flood Control embankment is analyzed and studied, which has certain guiding significance for the actual operation of Baise Reservoir and Laokou Reservoir. Better for Nanning urban construction and economic development to provide adequate protection.
