中国古代风景园林之于雨洪管理的贡献及启示——以北京玉泉水系为例

【摘要】：以自然山水园为代表的中国古代风景园林在雨洪管理方面有着卓越的成就,梳理了北京玉泉水系的形成脉络,解析了其"纵向连续、横向贯通、均匀分布、次第蓄排"的水系空间结构及其对旧北京城雨洪管理的突出贡献,总结了古代北京城雨洪管理过程中从系统出发梳理水系统、尊重自然保护湿地、行业统筹建立蓝色基础设施等雨洪管理上的思想和方法,以期为当今城乡发展过程中的自然山水保护、雨洪管理和风景营造提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Ancient Chinese landscape gardens, represented by natural landscape gardens, have outstanding achievements in rain and flood management, combing the formation of the Beijing Yuquan water system, and analyzing its "vertical continuity, horizontal connection and uniform distribution." The spatial structure of the secondary storage and drainage water system and its outstanding contribution to the rainwater flood management in the old Beijing City are summarized. In the course of the rainwater flood management in ancient Beijing City, the water system is combed from the system, and the natural protection wetland is respected. The ideas and methods of rainwater management such as blue infrastructure are set up in order to provide useful reference for the protection of natural mountains and rivers in the course of urban and rural development, the management of rain and flood and the construction of scenery.
