海绵城市系统构建模式

【摘要】:海绵城市是我国城市水问题综合治理的一种新理念。目前科学界和实践部门因各自的专业所限和视角不同,对于海绵城市的本质内涵、构建模式和建设途径还存在诸多不同观点,缺乏统一认识,在一定程度上阻碍了海绵城市研究与实践的深入。本文试从对城市水问题的基本判断出发,分析指出海绵城市的科学内涵,综合提出海绵城市构建的系统模式。该模式从系统思维出发,总结了海绵城市建设的本质内涵、系统诊断、基本途径和耦合平衡,并统合于海绵城市"一片天对一片地"核心思想,突破专业限制,从宏观上提出了涵盖海绵城市全要素全过程的系统科学范式,可为海绵城市研究、规划与建设提供基础理论支撑。
[Abstract]:Sponge city is a new concept of comprehensive management of urban water problem in China. At present, science and practice departments are different from each other in terms of their professional limitations and perspectives, so they have different connotations of the essence of sponge city. There are still many different points of view on the construction mode and construction approach, and the lack of a unified understanding hinders the research and practice of sponge city to a certain extent. This paper tries to proceed from the basic judgment of urban water problem. This paper analyzes and points out the scientific connotation of sponge city, and puts forward the system mode of sponge city construction synthetically. From the view of system thinking, the essential connotation, system diagnosis, basic approach and coupling balance of sponge city construction are summarized. Combining with the core idea of "one day to one land" in sponge city, breaking through the limitation of specialty, a systematic scientific paradigm covering the whole process of sponge city is put forward, which can be used for the study of sponge city. Planning and construction provide basic theoretical support.
