松软地层脉动灌浆封孔浆体止浆机制初步研究

【摘要】:浆体封闭脉动灌浆是松软地层防渗加固的有效手段,但封孔浆体的止浆机制尚不明确。基于工程断裂力学以及宾汉姆流体同心环状劈裂流动模型,对脉动灌浆封孔浆体的止浆机制进行了定性分析,并基于能量守恒,推导出了脉动灌浆封孔浆体止浆的控制方程。分析了脉动灌浆封孔浆体的止浆能力与浆液流变性能、封孔浆体性能以及脉动频率的关系,封孔浆体的承载极限灌浆压力随浆液塑性黏度和屈服应力的增大而增大,随封孔浆体塑性强度的增大呈线性增加,随脉动持续时间的增加而减小,随脉动间隔时间的增大而增大,随封孔高度的增加不断增大。利用自制室内试验装置,验证了脉动灌浆封孔浆体的止浆机制。在南水北调中线河南鹤壁段引水渠边坡防渗工程中,针对松软地质条件,采用封孔浆体止浆技术对边坡工程进行了自下而上分段脉动灌浆,灌后抽水试验表明地层渗透系数达到10-5~10-6cm/s,对比传统灌浆工艺节省20%工作量。
[Abstract]:Slurry sealing pulsating grouting is an effective method for seepage prevention and reinforcement of soft ground, but the mechanism of slurry blocking is not clear. Based on engineering fracture mechanics and Bingham fluid concentric annular split flow model, The mechanism of pulsating grouting sealing slurry is qualitatively analyzed. Based on the conservation of energy, the governing equation of pulsating grouting sealing slurry is derived. With the increase of plastic viscosity and yield stress, the ultimate grouting pressure increases linearly with the increase of plastic strength. The pulsation duration decreases with the increase of pulsation duration, increases with the increase of pulsation interval time, and increases with the increase of sealing height. The mechanism of pulsating grouting sealing slurry is verified. In the seepage prevention project of the diversion canal slope in Henan Hebi section of the South-to-North Water transfer Project, the soft geological conditions are considered. The bottom up pulsating grouting of slope engineering was carried out by using the technology of blocking slurry with hole sealing. The pumping test after irrigation showed that the formation permeability coefficient reached 10 ~ (-5) ~ 10 ~ (-6) cm 路s ~ (-1), which saved 20% workload compared with the traditional grouting technology.
