城市绿地系统规划与雨洪管理协同的实现机理

【摘要】:为应对中国城市内涝、水资源短缺等严重生存问题,以海绵城市建设肌体-绿地系统的规划更新方法为基本研究对象,在探究城市暴雨内涝成因的基础上,构建城市绿地规划的雨洪管理体系。运用GIS平台对城市绿地与雨洪管理协同的相关指标进行计算,并梳理城市总体雨洪生态绿量需求、探求斑块绿地雨洪生态拓扑关系、通过绿地蓄水和净化能力等评估进行雨洪数据与地形叠加的城市绿地空间可视模型预演。研究结果表明:在绿地系统规划与城市管网形成有效沟通时,若城市绿地土壤能富集竖向降水,且绿地/斑块产生一定的空间拓扑聚集效应时,可计算出绿地系统雨洪截水量,即绿地系统对城市雨洪的竖向涵养以及对接雨洪管廊的有效排放。这可视为绿地系统规划与雨洪管理双系统协同的基本实现机理。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with the serious problems of urban waterlogging and water resources shortage in China, the basic research object is the planning and renewal method for the construction of muscle-green space system in spongy cities, and on the basis of exploring the causes of urban rainstorm waterlogging. This paper constructs the rainflood management system of urban green space planning, calculates the correlative indexes of the coordination of urban green space and rainflood management by using GIS platform, combs the total demand of urban rainflood ecological green quantity, and probes into the ecological topological relationship of rainwater and flood in patch green space. Based on the evaluation of greenbelt water storage and purification ability, the visible model of urban green space superimposed by rain flood data and topography is previewed. The results show that: when the green space system planning and urban pipe network form an effective communication, If the urban greenbelt soil can enrich the vertical precipitation and the greenbelt / patch has a spatial topological aggregation effect, the rainfall and flood interception of the greenbelt system can be calculated. That is the vertical conservation of urban rainwater and the effective discharge of connected stormwater conduit which can be regarded as the basic realization mechanism of the coordination of greenbelt system planning and rain flood management.
