【摘要】：正2017年5月12日,在我国第九个"国家防灾减灾日"到来之际,由水利部、教育部、共青团中央联合举办的"全国防汛抗旱知识大赛"在京启动。水利部副部长、大赛组委会主任叶建春出席启动仪式并讲话。启动仪式上,水利部、教育部、共青团中央等单位代表发言,大赛标识、宣传画和宣传片发布,大学生代表宣读倡议书。水利部总规划师、大赛组委会副主任张志彤主持启动仪式。
[Abstract]:On May 12th 2017, on the eve of the Ninth National Day for disaster Prevention and Mitigation in China, the "National Flood Control and drought Relief knowledge Competition", jointly organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Education and the Communist Youth League Central Committee, was launched in Beijing. Ye Jianchun, director of the Organizing Committee of the contest, attended the launching ceremony and gave a speech. At the launching ceremony, representatives of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and other units spoke, and the logo of the contest, posters and propaganda films were released. The university student representative read out the proposal. Zhang Zhitong, chief planner of the Ministry of Water Resources and deputy director of the contest organizing committee, presided over the launching ceremony.
