水沙过程对黄河下游河道健康的影响研究

【摘要】:人类在社会经济发展的过程中,长期不合理地开发利用河流,加之气候条件的变化,导致河流健康状况持续恶化。影响河流健康的因素包括自然和人为因素两方面,都是改变了河流天然的水沙过程,进而造成了河流健康状况的变化,即水沙过程是河流健康的根本影响因素。对水少沙多的黄河而言,其影响更为明显。 河道健康作为河流健康的主要内容,也是其基础,维持黄河下游河流健康的关键在于维持黄河下游河道健康。本文以维持黄河下游河道健康为目标,以协调的水沙过程是维持黄河下游健康的关键因素为切入点,以实测水沙数据资料为基础,以下游河流健康和河道健康模糊评价为前提,围绕水沙过程的变化对黄河下游河道健康的影响机理和规律进行研究,得到了河道健康的主要影响因素是年径流量和汛期来沙系数的结论,并由回归分析得到相应拟合公式,其预测值与模糊综合评价结果相比较,吻合地相当好,揭示了水沙过程对河流健康的影响机理,并能根据来水来沙条件很好地预测下游河道的健康状况。指出合理调控水沙过程是恢复河流健康的重要措施,为维持黄河下游健康工作提供了科学依据和实际操作目标。
[Abstract]:In the process of social and economic development, human beings have unreasonably exploited and utilized rivers for a long time, and the changes in climatic conditions have led to the continuous deterioration of river health. The factors that affect the health of rivers include natural and man-made factors. Both of them have changed the natural process of water and sediment in the river and caused the change of the health of the river, that is, the process of water and sediment is the fundamental influencing factor of the river's health, and the influence on the Yellow River with less water and more sediment is more obvious. River health is the main content and foundation of river health. The key to maintain river health in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is to maintain the health of the lower reaches of the Yellow River. The aim of this paper is to maintain the health of the lower reaches of the Yellow River. The coordinated process of water and sediment is the key factor to maintain the health of the lower reaches of the Yellow River. Based on the measured data of water and sediment, the following fuzzy evaluation of river health and river health is the premise. Based on the study of the influence mechanism and law of the change of the course of water and sediment on the health of the lower Yellow River, the conclusion that the main influencing factors of the river health are the annual runoff and the coefficient of sediment coming from flood season is obtained, and the corresponding fitting formula is obtained by regression analysis. The predicted value is in good agreement with the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which reveals the influence mechanism of water and sediment process on river health. It is pointed out that the reasonable regulation of the process of water and sediment is an important measure to restore the health of the river and provides scientific basis and practical operation goal for maintaining the health of the lower Yellow River.
