基于“大小海绵”共存模式的体系化海绵城市绩效评估

【摘要】:海绵城市绩效评估是海绵城市建设亟待解决的问题。由于各地海绵城市实现方式的多样性,目前该问题缺乏体系化的实施方案。总结了不同海绵城市建设方案,并将其归类为"小海绵"和"大海绵"模式,分析了这两类模式对城市"弹性"构建的贡献及功能,论证了城市海绵建设应采取"大小海绵"共存模式,并基于共存模式给出了体系化的海绵城市绩效评估方案。
[Abstract]:Sponge city performance evaluation is an urgent problem to be solved in sponge city construction. Due to the diversity of the realization modes of sponge cities in various places, there is no systematic implementation plan for this problem. The different construction schemes of sponge cities are summarized. It is classified as "small sponge" and "big sponge" mode. The contribution and function of these two models to urban "elastic" construction are analyzed, and the coexistence mode of "large and small sponge" is demonstrated. Based on coexistence model, a systematic evaluation scheme of sponge city performance is presented.
