【摘要】:水工隧洞安全评价是保证隧洞结构正常运行的重要内容,其目的是预测、找出和分析工程活动中潜在的风险以及可能发生的有害后果,确立可行的安全对策和方法,对危险源进行有效的控制,以减少事故发生率及事故损失,获得最优的安全保障。小浪底排沙洞是我国第一个应用无粘结环锚预应力混凝土衬砌技术的工程,在施工过程中排沙洞内安置了大量的安全监测仪器,运行十多年来在经历了各种不同设计预定运行水位的考验后,已累积了丰富的观测资料。本课题以小浪底排沙洞为研究对象,通过运用科学有效的方式归纳和处理排沙洞安全观测数据,应用水工隧洞安全评价技术理论,对环锚预应力混凝土衬砌结构的安全性进行评价分析,研究在不同影响因素下结构运行状态的安全性能,,提出解决工程安全隐患的有效途径,验证安全评价方法在实际工程运用中的可行性,为以后类似工程的安全评价分析提供明确的理论指导和重要的参考资料。研究内容及结论主要有以下几方面: (1)全面描述和总结了小浪底排沙洞工程概况,主要包括工程地质水文条件、结构布置情况及观测仪器相关参数信息等。 (2)对排沙洞工程中实际存在的锚具槽漏油现象进行安全评价分析,并进一步研究探讨衬砌预应力锚索失效的问题,采用有限元方法模拟计算,发现排沙洞衬砌预应力锚索失效的最不利情况为衬砌端部第一根锚索发生失效,当锚索失效区域出现的拉应力值过大时,很可能引发排沙洞混凝土开裂,从而导致衬砌渗漏等问题。 (3)在整理分析实测资料的基础上对排沙洞运行状况进行分析,分别研究温度、水压及自生体积变形等因素对排沙洞应变的影响,并计算得出各因素影响下应变影响系数,总结相应的变形发展规律,判断出运行状况时排沙洞衬砌安全性能良好。
[Abstract]:The safety evaluation of hydraulic tunnel is an important content to ensure the normal operation of the tunnel structure. Its purpose is to predict, find out and analyze the potential risks and possible harmful consequences in engineering activities, and establish feasible safety countermeasures and methods. In order to reduce the accident rate and accident loss and obtain the best safety guarantee, the dangerous source is controlled effectively. Xiaolangdi sand drainage tunnel is the first project in our country to use the unbonded ring anchor prestressed concrete lining technology. During the construction process, a large number of safety monitoring instruments were installed in the sand discharge tunnel. After more than a decade of operation, after experiencing the test of various different design scheduled operation water levels, Abundant observation data have been accumulated. Taking Xiaolangdi sand drainage tunnel as the research object, the safety observation data of the drainage tunnel are summed up and processed in a scientific and effective way, and the theory of hydraulic tunnel safety evaluation technology is applied. This paper evaluates and analyzes the safety of ring anchor prestressed concrete lining structure, studies the safety performance of the structure under different influence factors, and puts forward an effective way to solve the hidden trouble of engineering safety. To verify the feasibility of the safety evaluation method in practical engineering, to provide clear theoretical guidance and important reference materials for the safety evaluation analysis of similar projects in the future. The research contents and conclusions are as follows:. 1) the general situation of Xiaolangdi sand drainage tunnel project is described and summarized, including the engineering geological and hydrological conditions, the structure arrangement and the information of the relevant parameters of the observation instrument, etc. (2) the safety evaluation and analysis of the leakage phenomenon of anchor slot in sand drain tunnel engineering are carried out, and the failure of lining prestressed Anchorage cable is further studied, and the finite element method is used to simulate calculation. It is found that the most disadvantageous condition of the failure of the prestressed anchor cable is the failure of the first anchor cable at the end of the lining. When the tensile stress value of the failure zone of the anchor cable is too large, it may lead to the concrete cracking in the sand drain hole. As a result, the lining leakage and other problems. 3) on the basis of analyzing the measured data, the operation condition of the sand drain tunnel is analyzed, and the influence of temperature, water pressure and autogenous volume deformation on the strain of the drain tunnel is studied, and the strain influence coefficient under the influence of each factor is calculated. The corresponding deformation development law is summarized, and the safety performance of the lining of the sand discharge tunnel is good when judging the running condition.
