抽水蓄能发电机组转子阻尼环连接片强度及寿命评估

【摘要】:抽水蓄能发电机组转子中阻尼环连接片作为阻尼绕组的重要部件,在发电机组运行过程中受到离心力、电磁力等作用,极易发生疲劳开裂并刮伤定子绕组绝缘等严重事故.目前应用最广的转子阻尼环连接片有两种,分别为普通型阻尼环连接片和Ω型阻尼环连接片.通过有限元软件分析两种转子阻尼环连接片在不同工况下的应力应变,并计算了两种阻尼环连接片的安全系数.根据疲劳寿命评估方法,得到了两种转子阻尼环连接片的疲劳寿命,为阻尼环连接片的选型和制定连接片的维护及更换周期提供参考.
[Abstract]:As an important part of damping windings in the rotor of pumped storage generator sets, the damping ring connectors are subjected to centrifugal force and electromagnetic force during the operation of the generator sets, which can easily lead to fatigue cracking and serious accidents such as scratching the insulation of stator windings.At present, there are two kinds of rotor damping ring connectors which are common damping ring connectors and 惟 damping ring connectors.The stress and strain of two kinds of rotor damping ring connectors under different working conditions are analyzed by finite element software, and the safety factors of the two kinds of damping ring connectors are calculated.According to the fatigue life evaluation method, the fatigue life of two kinds of rotor damping ring connectors is obtained, which provides a reference for the selection of damping ring connectors and the establishment of the maintenance and replacement cycle of the joints.
