水沙分离斜板结构优化及分沙装置应用研究

【摘要】:水资源分布不均匀和农业灌溉用水之间的矛盾制约着社会的发展,充分利用灌区周边各种水资源是解决矛盾的最有效方法。黄河是我国北方农业主要灌溉水源,然而黄河水泥沙含量大,不能直接用滴灌系统灌溉农田,因此急需我们去研究净化高含沙量水的装置。 本文结合前期初步试验结果,深入研究多级斜板分离装置在改变斜板间距组合和角度后对泥沙分离效率的影响;在不同浓度和流量的动水试验条件下,分析各级分离装置溢流浓度、泥沙分离率和中值粒径;采用正交试验、方差分析和极差分析本装置各个试验参数的最优组合,为以后制作大流量的分沙装置提供借鉴。 本次试验主要研究内容有:首先根据斜板倾角与泥沙受力情况计算出斜板理论分离率为65.1%,要小于试验结果中绝大部分的总分离率,验证了该装置对于泥沙分离的优越性;其次用四种斜板组合分别进行不同浓度和流量的试验,确定出第一级、第二级和第三级斜板间距分别为8mm、5mm和3mm为该装置最优斜板组合,并且调整斜板宽方向倾斜角度,得到斜板在长宽方向分别为45°和60°有利于泥沙沉降;最后采用正交试验、方差分析和极差分析研究了装置各参数对分离率的影响,结果得出影响分离率参数主次排列为斜板间距、进流口流量和泥沙浓度。 进行全部内容概括,在分析得出结论的同时,利用相似原理对装置进行理论扩大,计算出设备各个参数相应放大后的值,以期在将来制作大流量分离装置时提供借鉴,并对有待深入研究的问题进行探讨。
[Abstract]:The contradiction between the uneven distribution of water resources and agricultural irrigation water restricts the development of society. The most effective way to solve the contradiction is to make full use of all kinds of water resources around irrigation areas.The Yellow River is the main irrigation water source for agriculture in the north of China. However, the content of cement sediment in the Yellow River is so large that the drip irrigation system cannot be directly used to irrigate farmland. Therefore, it is urgent for us to study the equipment for purifying high sediment content water.Based on the preliminary experimental results, this paper studies the effect of multi-stage inclined plate separation device on sediment separation efficiency after changing the combination and angle of inclined plate spacing, and under the conditions of dynamic water test with different concentration and flow rate.The overflow concentration, sediment separation rate and median particle size of each stage separation device are analyzed, and the optimum combination of each test parameter of the device is analyzed by orthogonal test, variance analysis and range analysis, which provides a reference for making the sand separation device with large discharge in the future.The main contents of this experiment are as follows: firstly, the theoretical separation rate of inclined plate is 65.1, which is smaller than the total separation rate of most of the test results, according to the inclined angle of inclined plate and the stress of sediment, which verifies the superiority of the device for sediment separation.Secondly, the experiments of different concentration and flow rate were carried out with four kinds of sloping plate combinations, and it was determined that the first stage, the second stage and the third stage were 8 mm / 5 mm and 3mm, respectively, as the optimal inclined plate combination, and the inclined angle of the wide direction of the inclined plate was adjusted.The results show that 45 掳and 60 掳of inclined plate in the direction of length and width are favorable to sediment sedimentation. Finally, the effects of the parameters of the device on the separation rate are studied by orthogonal test, variance analysis and range analysis.The results show that the main and secondary parameters affecting the separation rate are inclined plate spacing, inlet discharge and sediment concentration.The whole content is summarized, and at the same time, the principle of similarity is used to expand the theory of the device and calculate the corresponding magnified value of each parameter of the equipment, in order to provide reference for the manufacture of the large flow separation device in the future.The problems to be further studied are also discussed.
