沭新闸安全性态和加固方案研究

【摘要】:本文针对江苏省沭新闸工程,依据水闸安全鉴定内容,构建有效的水闸安全综合评价指标体系,建立安全评价模型,对沭新闸的安全性态进行分析,针对闸室结构存在的主要问题提出不同加固方案,借助三维有限元软件ABAQUS对不同加固方案闸室结构的应力场进行分析,验证加固方案的合理性,对加固后的沭新闸进行安全综合评价分析,进一步验证加固方案的合理性,主要研究内容如下: (1)从现状调查和现场安全检测两个方面来分析沭新闸的服役状态;沭新闸的稳定性态主要从沭新闸的渗流稳定以及整体稳定两个方面进行分析;通过ABAQUS三维有限元软件计算分析结构的应力场,对结构的承载能力进行计算分析,为沭新闸的安全性态评价提供依据。 (2)根据《水闸安全鉴定管理办法》(水建管(2008)214号)规定的水闸安全鉴定内容,构建完整的安全评价指标体系,提出了基于“唯一参照物比较判断法(G2-法)”和“拉开档次法”主客观赋权相互融合的综合集成特征赋权方法,依据模糊数学理论,建立多级模糊综合评价模型,判断沭新闸安全性态。 (3)针对闸室结构存在的问题,拟定三种加固方案:①将反拱底板填平;②仅在拱脚处增设撑梁,反拱底板不填平;③将反拱底板填平,同时在拱脚处增设撑梁。借助ABAQUS三维有限元软件,对不同的加固方案的闸室结构应力场分析研究,对不同加固方案的闸室结构应力场进行分析比较,从而验证加固方案的合理性。 (4)参照第三章构建的完整的指标体系,建立模糊综合评价模型,对加固后的沭新闸的安全性态进行评价,充分验证闸室结构的加固方案的合理性。进一步说明通过对闸室结构的加固,沭新闸工程运用指标基本达到设计标准,能安全运行。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an effective comprehensive evaluation index system of sluice safety is constructed according to the safety appraisal content of the sluice in Jiangsu Province, and a safety evaluation model is established to analyze the safety state of the new sluice.In view of the main problems existing in the sluice chamber structure, different reinforcement schemes are put forward, and the stress field of different reinforcement schemes is analyzed with the help of three-dimensional finite element software ABAQUS, and the rationality of the reinforcement scheme is verified.The safety comprehensive evaluation analysis of the strengthened new gate is carried out to further verify the rationality of the reinforcement scheme. The main contents of the study are as follows:1) analyzing the service state of Shuxin sluice from two aspects: current situation investigation and site safety detection, and the stability state of Shuxin gate mainly from two aspects: seepage stability and overall stability of Shuxin gate;The stress field of the structure is calculated and analyzed by ABAQUS software, and the bearing capacity of the structure is calculated and analyzed, which provides the basis for the safety evaluation of the new gate.(2) according to the contents of sluice safety appraisal stipulated in the "measures for Safety Appraisal of Sluice" (Water Construction Project No. 2008) 214, a complete safety evaluation index system is constructed.This paper puts forward a comprehensive integrated feature weighting method based on the combination of subjective and objective weights of "unique reference comparison judgment method" and "pull off grade method". According to the theory of fuzzy mathematics, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established.To judge the safety state of Shuxin gate.3) in view of the problems existing in the structure of the gate chamber, three kinds of reinforcement schemes are proposed: 1: 1 to fill the reverse arch floor only at the arch foot, 3) not to fill the back arch floor, and 3 to add the bracing beam to the arch foot at the same time.With the help of ABAQUS three-dimensional finite element software, the stress field of different reinforcement schemes is analyzed and compared, and the rationality of the reinforcement scheme is verified.(4) according to the complete index system constructed in Chapter 3, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the security state of the strengthened new gate, which fully verifies the rationality of the reinforcement scheme of the sluice chamber structure.It is further explained that by strengthening the structure of the gate chamber, the application index of Shuxin sluice project basically meets the design standard and can operate safely.
