环境对混凝土冷缝力学性能影响的试验研究

【摘要】:为系统研究冷缝对混凝土结构力学性能的影响,针对气温、浇筑时间间隔等因素,以带冷缝面的混凝土试件为研究对象,进行抗折、劈裂、抗渗、抗冻性能的试验研究。结果表明,冷缝的存在显著降低了混凝土的抗折和劈拉强度;浇筑时间间隔相同时秋季冷缝面的抗折、劈拉强度最高,夏季次之,冬季最低;混凝土冷缝面的抗折和劈拉强度及抗渗、抗冻性能总体上均随浇筑时间间隔的增加呈减弱趋势,不同的是抗折和劈拉强度在混凝土初凝时间与终凝时间之间存在最劣点。
[Abstract]:In order to systematically study the influence of cold joints on the mechanical properties of concrete structures, aiming at the factors such as air temperature, pouring time interval, and taking the concrete specimens with cold joints as the research object, the experimental study on the properties of bending, splitting, impermeability and freezing resistance is carried out.The results show that the cold joint obviously reduces the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete, and the bending strength of the cold joint surface is the highest in autumn, the second in summer and the lowest in winter when the pouring time interval is the same.As a whole, the bending and splitting tensile strength and seepage resistance of cold joint face of concrete decrease with the increase of pouring time interval. The difference is that there is the worst point between the initial setting time and the final setting time of concrete.
