东北地区城市水系雨雪水利用潜力研究

【摘要】：东北地区城市水资源分布不均、利用率低,降雨逐年少而急。同时,城市自然和人工水系主要采用地表水和再生水作为补充水源,缺水、污染问题日益严重。因此,城市水系应在设计和建设阶段充分重视雨雪水资源的利用,因地制宜的储存雨雪水资源,运用生态化的补水手段解决部分水源,恢复江河湖泊的自负盈亏、自我调节能力。在此背景下,从东北地区自然条件着手,从生态环境需水量、雨雪水水质污染物去除效率、"海绵体"地域适宜性、社会环境经济效益角度,分析雨雪水资源作为城市水系补水途径的水量、水质、工程以及综合效益的利用潜力。
[Abstract]:The distribution of urban water resources in Northeast China is uneven, the utilization ratio is low, and the rainfall is less and faster year by year.At the same time, surface water and reclaimed water are mainly used as supplementary water sources in urban natural and artificial water systems.Therefore, urban water system should pay full attention to the utilization of rain and snow water resources in the stage of design and construction, store rain and snow water resources according to local conditions, solve some of the water sources by means of ecological rehydration, and restore the self-financing of rivers and lakes.Ability to self-regulate.In this context, from the point of view of natural conditions in Northeast China, the removal efficiency of pollutants from ecological environment water demand, rain and snow water quality, regional suitability of "sponge body", social environment and economic benefit,This paper analyzes the utilization potential of water quantity, water quality, engineering and comprehensive benefit of rainstorm and snow water resources as a way to supplement urban water system.
