双机组十字叉型立轴潮流能水轮机性能分析

【摘要】:为研究传统H型立轴水轮机的一种改进形式即双机组十字叉型立轴潮流能水轮机这种新型水轮机的水动力性能,采用ANSYS-CFX模拟水轮机不同的运行工况,对比分析双机组十字叉型水轮机和单机组H型水轮机的水动力性能.结果表明:双机组水轮机比单机组水轮机效率提高将近10%;对于涨潮和落潮两种不同运行工况,双机组水轮机的效率变化不大;十字叉型水轮机的推力、侧向力和力矩平均值和H型水轮机相等,但其波动幅值远小于H型水轮机的波动幅值,这对水轮机的结构安全、疲劳寿命会产生有益的影响.因此双机组十字叉型水轮机比H型单机组水轮机有明显优势,既能提高水轮机发电效率,又能保证水轮机运行寿命.
[Abstract]:In order to study the hydrodynamic performance of traditional H type vertical shaft turbine, which is a new type of hydraulic turbine, which is a new type of hydraulic turbine, a new type of hydraulic turbine, the cross-cross vertical shaft power turbine with two units, is simulated by ANSYS-CFX under different operating conditions. The hydrodynamic performance of cross-cross type turbine and single unit H-type turbine are compared and analyzed. The results show that the efficiency of double unit turbine is increased by nearly 10% compared with that of single unit turbine, the efficiency of double unit turbine has little change under two different operating conditions of high tide and low tide, the thrust of cross fork type turbine, The mean value of lateral force and torque is equal to that of H type turbine, but its fluctuation amplitude is much smaller than that of H type turbine, which will have a beneficial effect on the structural safety and fatigue life of the turbine. Therefore, the cross cross type hydraulic turbine of two units has obvious advantages over H type single unit turbine, which can not only improve the generating efficiency of the turbine, but also guarantee the running life of the turbine.
