水库干旱分级预警水位确定方法

【摘要】:鉴于定量分析干旱预警水位有利于水库抗旱期的合理调度,提出水库干旱预警响应机制,探讨与之相对应的水库干旱分级预警水位计算方法和步骤,并以柴河水库为例,考虑预警期为6个月,在分析水库来水量、需水量的基础上,采用逐6月应供水量滑动计算确定柴河水库旱限水位为96.47m,干旱Ⅰ~Ⅵ分级预警水位分别为86.98、89.40、90.79、93.18m,据此绘制了柴河水库干旱分级响应预警图,可用于指导水库抗旱调度工作。
