土石坝抛石挤淤加固技术研究

【摘要】:目前,大坝除险加固在我国水利工程建设事业中占居重要地位,因为我国在六十年代建设的大部分水利工程已出现严重的老化现象。对于砂砾石坝基上的土石坝,地震情况下大多存在着砂土层地震液化问题。 坝前淤积物是水库经过多年运行的产物,大多含水量高,细粘粒含量大,属于流塑状态的淤泥,人工或机械清淤难度大,费用高,尤其施工工期长。为了寻求一种更经济更合理的清淤方式,我们结合跋山水库大坝除险加固工程,对土石坝抛石挤淤加固技术进行了深入的探讨和研究。 具体研究内容如下:(1)坝前淤积物的物理力学性质及特点分析;(2)“抛石挤淤”最小荷载计算理论与研究;(3)抛石挤淤压重体的设计计算方法。 到目前为止,跋山水库大坝加固后投入蓄水运行多年,且经过了较大洪水的考验,实践证明“抛石挤淤”技术是十分成功的。与“清淤压重”方案相比,不仅为工程节省直接费用89.36万元,减少水库放水量650万方,还缩短工期60天,使大坝在施工期间安全渡汛得到了保障。总之,该成果经济效益和社会效益十分显著,具有广阔的应用前景和极大的推广价值。 近年来坝脚抛石挤淤被广泛地应用于大坝加固工程中,这也是解决砂砾石坝基地震液化、提高坝坡抗滑稳定性的常用措施之一。
[Abstract]:At present, dam reinforcement plays an important role in the construction of water conservancy projects in our country, because most of the water conservancy projects constructed in the sixties of our country have appeared serious aging phenomenon. For the earth-rock dam on the foundation of sand and gravel dam, the seismic liquefaction of sand layer is mostly existed in the case of earthquake. The silt in front of dam is the product of reservoir operation for many years, most of which have high water content and large content of fine clay, which belong to fluid-plastic state. It is difficult to clear silt artificially or mechanically, and the cost is high, especially the construction period is long. In order to find a more economical and reasonable way to clear the silt, we have made a deep discussion and study on the reinforcement technology of the earth and rock dam by blasting and squeezing the silt in combination with the project of removing danger and strengthening the dam of Bashan reservoir. The concrete research contents are as follows: (1) physical and mechanical properties and characteristics of the silt in front of the dam; (2) the theory of minimum load calculation of the "riprap extrusion silt" and the study on the design and calculation method of the silt compaction gravity body. Up to now, the dam of Bashan Reservoir has been put into operation for many years after reinforcement, and has passed the test of large flood. The practice has proved that the technology of "riprap and silt squeezing" is very successful. Compared with the "desilting and pressing weight" scheme, the project not only saves 893600 yuan in direct cost, reduces the discharge capacity of the reservoir by 6.5 million square meters, but also shortens the construction period of 60 days, which ensures the safety of the dam during the construction period. In a word, the economic and social benefits of this achievement are very remarkable, and it has broad application prospect and great popularizing value. In recent years, rockripping and silting at dam feet have been widely used in dam reinforcement projects, which is also one of the commonly used measures to solve the earthquake liquefaction of sand gravel dam foundation and to improve the stability of dam slope against sliding.
