水上无损插桩施工平台设计与应用

【摘要】:为解决重复组装式导流桩坝水中施工的难题,研制开发了水上无损插桩施工平台。通过进行拼装式施工平台总体设计,确定了整体施工平台以6个大小不等可拆装单浮体进行组装的方案,设计了施工平台主尺度,确定了底板、甲板、平台底骨架、甲板骨架等部件的材料要求;连接装置形式设计采用单销双耳结构,连接装置材料均采用高强度钢加工,连接销强度满足实际要求。通过稳定性试验,验证了施工平台的安全性与可靠性。水上施工平台应用于欧坦控导工程现场插桩抢险的案例表明,平台能方便快捷地进行水中组装及拆分,平台在大河流量高达4 000 m3/s条件下进行施工是安全可靠的。整个抢险过程,施工平台共完成113根管桩的插桩任务。经实践检验,该平台为重复组装式导流桩坝等新型应急抢险技术的成功应用提供了技术保障。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of water construction of repeatedly assembled diversion pile dam, a construction platform for non-destructive pile insertion on water was developed. Through the overall design of the assembled construction platform, the scheme of assembling the whole construction platform with 6 dismountable and single floating bodies of different sizes is determined, the main scale of the construction platform is designed, and the bottom plate, deck and bottom skeleton of the platform are determined. The material requirement of deck skeleton and other parts, the design of connection device is single pin and double ear structure, the material of connection device is made of high strength steel, the strength of connection pin meets the actual requirement. The safety and reliability of the construction platform are verified by the stability test. The application of the water construction platform in OTC pilot project shows that the platform can assemble and split the water conveniently and quickly, and it is safe and reliable to construct the platform under the condition that the discharge of the river is up to 4 000 m3 / s. In the whole emergency process, 113 pipe piles were inserted on the construction platform. It is proved by practice that the platform can provide technical guarantee for the successful application of new emergency rescue technology such as repeated assembly diversion pile dam.
