南京市栖霞区用水效率研究

【摘要】:深入贯彻"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"的重要治水思想,加强节能减排、环境友好型及资源节约型社会建设,全面建设"一副三新"的"大栖霞"城市格局。回顾了南京市栖霞区"十二五"期间社会经济发展状况及水资源利用变化的基础上,详细分析计算了不同产业及不同行业的用水效率,并根据现状用水效率及规划指标预测了至2020和2030年,在50%来水频率下,栖霞区可分别实现减少1.909和2.457亿m~3的废污水排放量。通过栖霞区节水型社会建设规划的实施,将会带来较为显著的环境、社会及经济方面的效益。
[Abstract]:We should thoroughly carry out the important idea of "water saving priority, space balance, system management, and exertion with both hands", strengthen the construction of energy saving and emission reduction, environment-friendly society and resource-saving society, and build a "big Qixia" urban pattern of "one, three new" in an all-round way. Based on the review of the social and economic development and the change of water resources utilization during the 12th Five-Year Plan period in Qixia District, Nanjing City, the water use efficiency of different industries and industries is analyzed and calculated in detail. According to the present water use efficiency and planning index, it is predicted that by 2020 and 2030, the waste water discharge can be reduced by 1.909 and 245.7 million mm3 in Qixia area under 50% water frequency, respectively. The implementation of water saving society construction plan in Qixia district will bring significant environmental, social and economic benefits.
