消力池内双层悬栅不同布置类型的压强特性研究

【摘要】:为探究消力池内水流对悬栅稳定性影响情况,考虑诸多因素中水流对悬栅冲击破坏影响最大,而压强是反映悬栅受水流冲刷侵蚀的主要水力参数,采用RNG k~ε双方程紊流模型对双层悬栅消力池进行了数值模拟计算。通过对比分析不同悬栅布置类型的消力池内压强分布计算结果得到:双层悬栅布置类型不同,每根悬栅所受时均压强差均不同;且采用双层悬栅消能效果较好的布置类型时,悬栅与水流相互作用充分,水流对悬栅稳定性影响较大,悬栅存在危险的可能性较大。在结构设计时应注意校核抗压强度是否满足要求。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of water flow in stilling pool on the stability of suspension grid, considering many factors, the influence of water flow on the impact damage of suspension grid is the greatest, and the pressure is the main hydraulic parameter reflecting the erosion of suspended grid by water flow. The RNG k- 蔚 two-equation turbulent model is used to simulate the double-layer suspended grid stilling tank. By comparing and analyzing the calculation results of pressure distribution in the stilling pool with different suspended grid layout types, the results are as follows: the pressure difference of each suspension grid is different with different layout types, and when the arrangement type with better energy dissipation effect is adopted, The interaction between the suspended grid and the water flow is sufficient, the influence of the flow on the stability of the suspended grid is great, and the possibility of the danger in the suspended grid is greater. In structural design, attention should be paid to checking whether the compressive strength meets the requirements.
