骨料排列导向工艺对沥青混凝土压实效率及性能的影响研究

【摘要】:本文利用新研制的设备,探索了一种从传统碾压式沥青混凝土心墙施工中改进而来的新沥青心墙施工工艺——骨料排列导向工艺在室内条件下的可行性,为日后将此工艺运用于实际工程中打下基础。沥青混凝土中所用的骨料为不规则的多边形,其力学性能具有各向异性,而在沥责心墙的施工中,这些不规则的骨料被随机排列,本文所研究的导向工艺正是利用这一特性,通过在传统施工的摊铺与碾压过程之间增加一个导向过程,对自然排列的骨料进行导向,使其排列的更加具有规律性,从而使沥青混凝土更易被压实,随之减少碾压次数。最终达到提高沥青混凝土心墙的施工效率,节约施工能耗的目的。具体研究内容及结论如下:1.通过试验探究了导向工艺是否能提高沥青混凝土的室内成型效率,试验结果显示,经过一次导向和两遍击实所成型的沥青混凝土,其孔隙率就已经达到了1.99%,满足规范所要求的≤3%规定,而没有经过导向的沥青混凝土在经过四遍击实后,其孔隙率才达到2.63%。这说明导向工艺确实能在一定程度上提高沥青混凝土的成型效率。2.从直接观察和CT扫描两个角度探究了导向工艺是否会对沥青混凝土试件中的骨料排列产生影响.通过试验,直接观察和CT扫描两个角度所得到的试验结论基本一致;导向工艺会对沥青混凝土中的骨料排列产生影响,具体表现为刀片所经过的痕迹由粒径较小的骨料与填料组成,而在痕迹两侧多为粒径较大的骨料,且这些骨料都顺着刀片行进的方向排列。3.通过小梁弯曲试验、剪切试始、斜坡流消试验、劈裂试验四种性能试验探究了导向工艺是否会对沥青混凝土的力学性能产生影响,并得出结论:导向工艺所导致的骨料排列不会对沥青混凝土的弯曲性能及劈裂性能产生明显影响;当没有法向压力时,导向工艺会对沥青混凝土的剪切变形能力产生小幅的不良影响,而当存在法向压力时,这种不良影响消失;导向工艺会对沥青混凝土的斜坡流淌性能产生一定影响,且这种影响会随着导向面与斜坡的方向关系的改变而改变。
[Abstract]:In this paper, using the newly developed equipment, the feasibility of a new asphalt core wall construction technology, which is improved from the traditional roller compacted asphalt concrete core wall construction technology, is explored under indoor conditions. It will lay the foundation for the application of this process in practical engineering in the future. The aggregate used in asphalt concrete is irregular polygon, and its mechanical properties are anisotropic. In the construction of the asphalt core wall, these irregular aggregates are arranged randomly. By adding a guiding process between the spreading of traditional construction and the rolling process, the naturally arranged aggregate is guided to make it more regular, so that the asphalt concrete can be compacted more easily, and the rolling times are reduced accordingly. Finally, the construction efficiency of asphalt concrete core wall is improved and energy consumption is saved. The specific contents and conclusions are as follows: 1. Whether the guide technology can improve the indoor forming efficiency of asphalt concrete is explored through the experiment. The test results show that the asphalt concrete formed by one guide and two times compaction can improve the forming efficiency of asphalt concrete.
