南水北调中线工程商洛水源地可持续发展评价

【摘要】：商洛水源地是集中连片特殊贫困山区。运用生态足迹法对商洛水源地2009—2013年的生态足迹、生态承载力和生态盈亏进行了计算和分析,并对商洛水源地可持续发展状态进行了定量研究。结果表明:2009—2013年人均生态盈亏分别为0.146 737hm~2、0.067 036hm~2、0.079 039hm~2、0.005 687hm~2和-0.052 928hm~2,可持续发展能力呈下降趋势;2013年存在生态赤字,表明生态需求大于供给,开始进入不可持续发展阶段;经济发展依然落后,林地生态效益明显;有效地利用林地资源发展生态经济对提高区域可持续发展能力意义重大。
[Abstract]:Shangluo water source area is a special poverty-stricken mountain area. The ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological profit and loss of Shangluo water source area from 2009 to 2013 were calculated and analyzed by using ecological footprint method, and the sustainable development status of Shangluo water source area was studied quantitatively. The results showed that the per capita ecological profit and loss in 2009-2013 were 0.146 737hmg ~ 20.067 036hmg ~ 2 0. 079 039hmm ~ (2) 687hm~2 and -0.052 928hmm ~ (2) respectively, and the ability of sustainable development showed a downward trend, and there was ecological deficit in 2013, which indicated that ecological demand was larger than supply and began to enter the stage of unsustainable development. The economic development is still backward, and the ecological benefit of woodland is obvious, and it is of great significance to improve the ability of regional sustainable development to develop ecological economy by using forestland resources effectively.
