【摘要】：面对日益凸显的城市洪涝灾害,海绵城市建设势在必行。为此,我国要在旧城改造与新城建设中采取不同的路径,在规划、基础设施建设、融资等方面加快推进海绵城市建设。
[Abstract]:Facing the increasingly prominent urban flood disaster, sponge city construction is imperative. Therefore, China should take different paths in the reconstruction of the old city and the construction of the new city, and speed up the construction of the sponge city in the aspects of planning, infrastructure construction, financing and so on.
