济南卧虎山水库供水线路改造工程隧洞建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：进度管理是工程实施过程中的重要内容,其目标在于保障工程项日按照预设目标保质、保量的如期完工：良好的进度管理应建立在一个切实可行的项目进度计划之上,好的进度计划必须准确可行,从而使管理者清晰了解项目建设实施中所要经历的每个环节。在一项工程设施建设当中良好的进度管理可以有效降低项目运行成本,提升项目的经济效益。本文以济南卧虎山水库供水线路改造工程隧道建设项目作为研究对象,运用进度管理知识对拟建项目进行分析、阐述。研究过程中依据该建设项目合同要求制定了先期进度计划,随后通过对工程承建单位人员、技术、物资及项目未知风险与不可测因素的综合考评,进一步优化了原计划中涉及的人员、技术、物料配给等方面的各项指标,通过规范制度对项目活动实施动态的进度控制,同时依据项目中预计风险均衡分配各项资源,保持平衡配比,保障项目顺利实施。基于对济南卧虎山水库供水线路改造工程隧道洞建设项目一线实地数据的搜集整理,通过对项目甘特图观测、关键路线工作分解检查等数据实测后,经挣值法计算得出工程中存在进度延迟现象,提出了利用改善组织关系、调整关键路线及调整工作关系等方法进行进度优化,并根据项目时限合理制定资源分配计划,提出项目“静态计划、动态控制”的进度管理方法。
[Abstract]:Schedule management is an important content in the process of project implementation. Its goal is to ensure that the project will be completed on time according to the preset objectives and quality. Good schedule management should be based on a feasible project schedule. A good progress plan must be accurate and feasible so that managers can clearly understand every aspect of project implementation. Good schedule management in a project can effectively reduce the cost of running the project and improve the economic efficiency of the project. Taking the tunnel construction project of the water supply line reconstruction project of Huhushan Reservoir in Jinan as the research object, this paper analyzes and expounds the proposed project by using the knowledge of schedule management. In the course of the study, according to the requirements of the construction project contract, the advance progress plan was made, and then the comprehensive evaluation of the personnel, technology, materials and unknown risk and unmeasurable factors of the construction unit was carried out. It further optimizes the indexes of personnel, technology, material ration and so on involved in the original plan, implements the dynamic progress control of the project activity through the standard system, and allocates the resources according to the expected risk in the project, at the same time, Maintain balanced matching to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Based on the collection and collation of the field data of the tunnel and tunnel construction project of the water supply line reconstruction project of the Huhushan Reservoir in Jinan, and through the observation of the Gantt chart of the project and the inspection of the work breakdown of the key route, Through the calculation of earned value method, it is found that there is a delay in the progress of the project. The methods of improving the organization relationship, adjusting the key route and adjusting the working relationship are put forward to optimize the progress, and the resource allocation plan is made according to the time limit of the project. This paper puts forward the schedule management method of project "static plan, dynamic control".
