观音岩大坝高温季节高低温时段混凝土温控影响研究

【摘要】:通过研究观音岩水电站夏季高温时段和低温时段不同气候条件对碾压混凝土温控的影响,探讨混凝土施工过程的精细化控制。首先,采用解析法研究机口到入仓过程低温和高温时段温度回升情况;然后通过精细化的仿真计算,模拟碾压施工的过程,考虑日气温变化,研究入仓到浇筑过程气候差异对混凝土最高温度的影响。结果表明,相同浇筑温度下,浇筑过程的日气温变化对混凝土内部最高温度的影响仅有0.4℃,而运输过程高温和低温时段混凝土温度回升值可相差6℃。因此高温季节重点是通过优化控制运输环节辅以改善仓面小气候等措施,混凝土温度回升最大可以改善6℃左右,最高温度最多能降低2~3℃。
[Abstract]:By studying the influence of different climatic conditions on RCC temperature control in summer high temperature period and low temperature period of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station, the fine control of concrete construction process is discussed. First of all, the analytical method is used to study the rise of temperature during the period of low temperature and high temperature in the process from machine entrance to silo, and then through fine simulation calculation, the process of roller compaction construction is simulated, and the daily temperature change is taken into account. The effect of climate difference on the maximum temperature of concrete during the period from silo to pouring was studied. The results show that under the same pouring temperature, the influence of daily air temperature during pouring process on the maximum temperature of concrete is only 0.4 鈩,
