考虑景观因素的黄石城区江滩防洪整治研究

【摘要】:根据国务院批准的《黄石市城市总体规划(2001-2020)》,黄石市定位为长江中游鄂东地区的中心城市。为彰显城市山水园林特色、营造特色城市景观,加快黄石市山水园林城市的建设步伐,以建设优美江滩为主线,以园林绿化和堤面改造进行全面整治。 黄石江滩码头、仓库林立,江边环境“脏、乱、差”,环境通透性差。一些建筑物不但影响防洪,,而且造型简陋。这些都严重影响黄石市的整体形象,如何将城市防洪与环境景观相结合?城市防洪的影响评价怎样?如何根据本区域的特点进行景观研究? 黄石江滩景观环境与防洪工程是集水利防洪、城市建设、景观工程为一体的系统项目,区域位于黄石市老城区黄石港,具体范围岸线总长度3.6km,规划总用地面积约119.0HA,项目主要研究的内容防洪工程和景观环境及综合效益。 通过对项目基础的研究,考虑景观工程,对实施的方案进行比选,结合数模计算及综合分析,对黄石江滩在景观工程的基础上对防洪的影响进行分析,探讨项目实施的意义。
[Abstract]:According to the "Huangshi City Master Plan 2001-2020)" approved by the State Council, Huangshi City is located as the central city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in the eastern part of Hubei Province. In order to show the characteristics of urban landscape gardens, create special urban landscape, accelerate the construction of Huangshi landscape city, take the construction of beautiful riverbanks as the main line, take the landscape greening and embankment surface reconstruction to carry on the comprehensive renovation. Huangshi beach wharf, warehouses, riverside environment, "dirty, chaotic, poor", poor environmental permeability. Some buildings not only affect flood control, but also shape poorly. These all seriously affect the overall image of Huangshi City, how to combine urban flood control and environmental landscape? What is the impact evaluation of urban flood control? How to carry out landscape research according to the characteristics of the region? Huangshi River Beach Landscape Environment and Flood Control Project is a systematic project which integrates water conservancy, flood control, urban construction and landscape engineering. The area is located in Huangshi Port, the old district of Huangshi City. The total length of shoreline is 3.6 km, and the total land area of planning is about 119.0HA. the main contents of the project are flood control engineering, landscape environment and comprehensive benefit. Through the research on the project foundation, considering the landscape engineering, comparing and selecting the implementation scheme, combining with the mathematical model calculation and the comprehensive analysis, this paper analyzes the impact of the Huangshi beach on flood control on the basis of the landscape engineering, and discusses the significance of the implementation of the project.
