隧洞饱水疏松粉砂岩段双排水平冻结施工温度场数值分析

【摘要】:【目的】探求饱水疏松粉砂岩在双排水平冻结法施工条件下的温度场分布情况,为今后隧洞冻结法施工最优方案的制定提供参考.【方法】以甘肃省引洮一期工程总干渠7#隧洞出口冷冻施工为例,基于热分析相变理论,采用有限元软件ANSYS,研究了引水隧洞双排水平冻结施工积极冻结期间的温度场分布、冻结管交圈时间及维护冻结期间冻结帷幕厚度的发展状况,并探讨了此方法的数值模拟精度.【结果】相邻两冻结管交圈时间30d,积极冻结50d后,冻结帷幕厚度已达到设计值2.5m;在考虑施工安全的情况下进行了60d的维护冻结期,期间温度保持在-24℃左右,且限制了冻结帷幕的进一步发展,避免了开挖过程中由于冻土强度过高而使施工难度增大.【结论】通过模型模拟和实测数据的比较分析,证明该模型应用具可靠性,可为同类工程施工的方案制定提供理论依据.
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the temperature field distribution of saturated loose siltstone under the condition of double row horizontal freezing method. This paper provides a reference for the formulation of the optimal construction scheme of tunnel freezing method in the future. [methods] taking the freezing construction of tunnel exit of the main canal of the first phase diversion project in Gansu Province as an example, based on the phase transition theory of thermal analysis, By using the finite element software ANSYS, the temperature field distribution during the active freezing period of the double row horizontal freezing construction of the diversion tunnel, the freezing pipe intersecting time and the development of the freezing curtain thickness during the maintenance and freezing period are studied. The numerical simulation accuracy of this method is also discussed. [results] the freezing curtain thickness has reached the design value of 2.5 m after 50 days of active freezing, and the freezing period of 60 days has been carried out under the condition of considering the safety of construction.
