原型流量率定下的筒形阀流量特性和过渡过程研究

【摘要】:通过测取筒形阀动水关闭试验过程中机组原始流量和工作水头并进行拟合,得到了高水头水轮机筒形阀不同开度下的流量特性,解决了筒形阀的流量系数率定问题。在此基础上,建立了超长输水发电系统筒形阀动水关闭过渡过程的数学模型,提出了数值分析方法,实现筒形阀过渡过程的仿真研究。数值计算结果与现场试验实测结果进行了对比,一致性较好,为全面揭示超长输水发电系统高水头大型筒形阀的水力动态特性和运行控制方式奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:By measuring and fitting the original flow rate and the working head of the unit during the dynamic water closure test of the cylinder valve, the flow characteristics of the cylinder valve with high head are obtained, and the problem of determining the flow coefficient rate of the cylinder valve is solved. On this basis, the mathematical model of the dynamic water closure transition process of the cylinder valve is established, and the numerical analysis method is put forward to realize the simulation study of the cylinder valve transition process. The results of numerical calculation are compared with the measured results of field test, which lays a foundation for fully revealing the hydraulic dynamic characteristics and operation control mode of large cylinder valve with high head in super long water conveyance power generation system.
