黄河堤防穿堤建筑物风险评价技术研究

【摘要】：穿堤建筑物是为了满足分洪、排涝、灌溉、供水和传输等目的而在黄河堤防上修建的,众多穿堤建筑物因其自身的功能发挥着重要的经济、社会效益,其安全状态直接影响着堤防的正常运行。然而,国内目前还没有专门针对穿堤建筑物开展过系统的安全评价工作。本文通过对黄河堤防穿堤建筑物的调查研究,结合风险评价的理论知识,对各类黄河堤防穿堤建筑物开展了安全风险评价工作,主要研究成果如下:(1)根据穿堤建筑物安全风险评价指标体系建立的六项基本原则,将定性指标和定量指标相结合,建立了水闸、涵洞、管道等各类穿堤建筑物的风险评价指标体系。(2)将不确定型层次分析法应用于水闸、涵洞、管道评价指标体系中各评价指标的权重计算,并且在各指标权重的计算中,引入了考虑专家水平的群判断理论和可信度,提高了指标权重计算的科学性。(3)研究了各类穿堤建筑物各评价指标的评价标准和度量标准,对定性指标和定量指标分别建立了量化模型,利用专家打分法获得各个评价指标的评价值。(4)根据模糊综合评价原理,构建了穿堤建筑物模糊综合评价模型。根据具体实例,给出了穿堤水闸以及穿堤涵洞和穿堤管道模糊综合评价的具体计算过程,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The embankment building is built on the Yellow River levee to meet the purposes of flood diversion, drainage, irrigation, water supply and transmission. Many dike buildings play an important role in economic and social benefits because of their own functions. Its safety state directly affects the normal operation of the levee. However, there is no systematic safety evaluation for embankment buildings in China. Based on the investigation and study of the buildings of the Yellow River levee through the levee, combined with the theoretical knowledge of risk assessment, this paper has carried out the work of safety risk assessment for all kinds of embankment structures of the Yellow River. The main research results are as follows: (1) according to the six basic principles of the safety risk assessment index system of the embankment building, combining qualitative and quantitative indexes, the sluice and culvert are established. The risk evaluation index system of various embankment buildings, such as pipeline, etc.) applies the uncertain Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight of each evaluation index in the evaluation index system of sluice, culvert and pipeline, and in the calculation of the weight of each index, This paper introduces the theory and credibility of group judgment considering the level of experts, and improves the scientificalness of calculating the weight of index. It studies the evaluation standard and measurement standard of all kinds of evaluation indexes of embankment buildings. The quantitative model of qualitative index and quantitative index is established, and the evaluation value of each evaluation index is obtained by expert scoring method. (4) according to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of embankment building is constructed. According to the concrete examples, the concrete calculation process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of embankment sluice, culvert and pipe through embankment is given, and the feasibility and validity of the method are verified.
