株洲市龙母河水系防洪与景观整体设计

【摘要】:河道整治由只考虑河道的水力技术要素,几乎不关心河流的其他功能,更无暇顾及景观设计的工程防洪时期,到后来“多自然型河流”理论的出现,使河道的整治回到恢复河流应有的自然功能的生态河流时期,城市水系防洪与景观整体设计在一些经济发达的国家已经积累了相当的理论和实践经验,但在国内尚未引起足够的重视,而且无论理论还是实践方面都只停留在经验的传授和应用,往往强调防洪堤设计或是人工水体景观设计,而缺乏对防洪与景观整体设计的理论研究和实践的研究。 文章采用文献研究法、实地考察法、多学科综合研究法和设计实践结合法,在综合国内外现有城市水系防洪与景观整体设计研究理论的基础上,结合国内外案例,依据城市水系防洪与景观整体设计原则,以株洲云龙两型社会示范区为例,开展城市水系防洪与景观整体设计研究,具体研究结果如下: (1)综合了国内外相关研究成果及水系防洪与景观设计历史演变,梳理出水系防洪与景观整体设计的相关理论,包括河流生态修复、水量平衡分析、水源环境和四种防洪方式等,为龙母河水系防洪与景观整体设计提供了理论依据与技术支持。 (2)通过分析株洲市龙母河水系现状、水系综合治理的必要性和防洪与景观整体设计存在的问题,提出水系防洪与景观整体设计原则和设计策略,即保障功能原则、整体设计原则、适度原则和以人为本原则,生态优先策略、水岸多样策略和以人为本策略。这三个原则、四个策略能为株洲市龙母河水系防洪与景观整体设计实践提供规划思路和规划指导。 (3)理论联系实际。结合前文总结的理论和设计方法,运用于龙母河水系防洪与景观整体设计实践中,将理论分析中的筑坝围库、防洪堤、雨水生态排放和生态湿地系统四种防洪方式结合具体设计实施情况,对每种防洪方式的类型、选择方式及具体实践的案例分析进行了详细阐述。 以上研究结果表明,通过筑坝围库、防洪堤、雨水生态排放和生态湿地系统能够科学、有效、生态地处理好防洪与景观的关系,在有效防治洪水的同时营造良好的生态环境和景观效果,此水系防洪与景观整体设计思路不仅适合株洲龙母河水系综合治理项目,而且可以为其它水系防洪与景观整体设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:The regulation of river courses has changed from the period of engineering flood control that only considered the hydraulic technical elements of the river, and paid little attention to the other functions of the river, let alone the landscape design, to the later emergence of the theory of "multi-natural rivers". In order to bring the regulation of river back to the ecological river period of restoring the natural function of the river, the whole design of flood control and landscape of urban water system has accumulated considerable theoretical and practical experience in some economically developed countries. But not enough attention has been paid to it in China, and both theoretical and practical aspects only focus on the teaching and application of experience, often emphasizing the design of flood control embankment or the design of artificial water landscape. However, there is a lack of theoretical and practical research on flood control and landscape overall design. This paper adopts the literature research method, the field investigation method, the multi-disciplinary comprehensive research method and the design practice combination method, on the basis of synthesizing the existing domestic and foreign research theories of flood control and landscape design of urban water system, combined with the domestic and foreign cases. According to the principle of flood control and landscape design of urban water system, taking Yunlong social demonstration area of Zhuzhou as an example, the study on flood control and overall landscape design of urban water system is carried out. The results are as follows: 1) synthesizing the related research results at home and abroad and the historical evolution of flood control and landscape design of water system, combing out the relevant theories of flood control and landscape design of river system, including river ecological restoration, water balance analysis, water source environment and four flood control methods, etc. It provides theoretical basis and technical support for flood control and landscape overall design of Longmu River system. 2) by analyzing the present situation of Longmu River system in Zhuzhou City, the necessity of comprehensive management of river system and the problems existing in flood control and landscape overall design, the principles and strategies of overall design of flood control and landscape in Zhuzhou City are put forward, that is, the principle of guarantee function. Overall design principle, moderate principle and people-oriented principle, ecological priority strategy, waterfront diverse strategy and people-oriented strategy. These three principles and four strategies can provide planning ideas and guidance for the practice of flood control and landscape design of Longmu River system in Zhuzhou City. 3) integrating theory with practice. Combined with the theory and design method summarized above, applied to the whole design practice of flood control and landscape of Longmu River system, the dam enclosure and flood prevention embankment in the theoretical analysis are applied. Rain Water ecological discharge and ecological wetland system four flood control methods combined with the specific design implementation of each type of flood control mode selection and practical case analysis was carried out in detail. The above results show that the relationship between flood control and landscape can be handled scientifically, effectively and ecologically through dam building, flood prevention dike, Rain Water ecological discharge and ecological wetland system. At the same time of effectively preventing and controlling flood, good ecological environment and landscape effect are created. The whole design idea of flood control and landscape is not only suitable for comprehensive control project of Longmu river system in Zhuzhou. Moreover, it can provide reference for the whole design of flood control and landscape of other water systems.
