气动移水水力过渡过程仿真研究

【摘要】:气动移水方式因其系统管路简单方便操作,在航空、船舶、化工等领域都有广泛应用。然而在完成移水阀门关闭过程中存在剧烈水锤冲击,对系统存在较大的危害。本文通过对典型的2个水箱间气动移水的瞬态阀门启闭过程进行仿真,详细分析了阀门操作时间、供气压力以及操作阀门位置对系统水锤的影响。根据仿真结果可知,在适当控制关阀时间和供气压力的基础上,操作远离供水水箱的阀门可有效降低系统水锤冲击压力,抑制水锤对系统的破坏。
[Abstract]:Pneumatic water transfer is widely used in aviation, ship, chemical industry and so on because of its simple and convenient operation. However, there is a severe impact of water hammer in the process of closing the water transfer valve, which is harmful to the system. In this paper, the effects of valve operating time, air supply pressure and valve position on the water hammer of the system are analyzed in detail through the simulation of the transient valve opening and closing process with pneumatic transfer between two typical water tanks. According to the simulation results, on the basis of proper control of valve closing time and air supply pressure, the operation of valves far from the water supply tank can effectively reduce the impact pressure of water hammer in the system and restrain the damage of water hammer to the system.
