水闸三维模型的建立及应用

【摘要】:水闸是水利工程中重要的水工建筑物,在水利事业中起到非常重要的作用。随着科学技术的飞速发展,先进的计算机信息技术和各种各样的软件开发,水闸设计的可视化研究在实际中日益常见。在可视化研究中,水闸三维模型的建立是难点也是重点,怎样寻找一种快速、准确和最优化的方法建立出水闸的三维模型是研究的关键。本文通过查阅国内外资料,分析了水闸的三维建模现状。论述了常用三维软件的特点,选取了绘图精度较高的CAD作为建模软件。在AutoCAD2010的平台上,研究了三维建模的优化方法和技术。以水闸为例,分析水闸的上游连接段、闸室段、下游连接段三段的特点,根据水闸每段作用的不同、造型的不同,研究出建模的思路,并设计每段三维模型建立的详细步骤及应用程序。通过方案的对比,得出了建模的技巧,解决了一些难题:上游连接段中,圆弧翼墙的曲面结构在进行特征面拉伸时怎样正确选取路径及位置,布尔运算在护底、护坡和圆弧翼墙的连接的运用;闸室段,视图转换和模型之间的定位问题;海漫段、扭曲面建模导线的运用及建模时模式的设置。通过对各段建模过程的研究,得出水闸三维建模的通用性技巧,适用于不同造型的模型建立,有助于推动水利工程可视化的研究与应用。创建完成的水闸三维模型,可以实现多角度观察实体的外观形体、结构及各段的相对关系;通过对三维模型的剖切,能清楚地展示出水闸的内部结构;三维模型还可以进行二维视图和轴测图的转换;通过3D打印技术,制造出的水闸模型实物,精度高、直观性好、快速便捷、成本低廉,便于设计人员进行方案的对比和修改,缩短设计阶段的周期,从而节约成本,加快工程进度。
[Abstract]:Sluice is an important hydraulic structure in water conservancy project and plays a very important role in water conservancy. With the rapid development of science and technology, advanced computer information technology and a variety of software development, the research of the visualization of sluice design is increasingly common in practice. In the visualization research, the establishment of the three dimensional model of the sluice is the establishment of the three dimensional model of the sluice The difficulty is also the key point. How to find a fast, accurate and optimal method to establish a three dimensional model of sluice is the key to the study. By consulting the data at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of three dimensional modeling of sluice, discusses the characteristics of the three dimensional software, and selects a CAD with higher drawing precision as a modeling software. In the AutoCAD2010 On the platform, the optimization method and technology of 3D modeling are studied. Taking sluice as an example, the characteristics of three sections of the upstream connection section, gate section and downstream connection section of sluice are analyzed. According to the different functions of each section of sluice and different modeling, the ideas of modeling are studied and detailed steps and applications of each section of the three dimensional model are designed. By contrast, the technique of modeling is obtained, and some problems are solved: in the upstream segment, how to correctly select the path and position of the curved wing wall structure when the feature surface stretches, the use of the Boolean operation at the bottom of the retaining wall, the connection of the slope and the arc wing wall; the location between the gate section, the view conversion and the model; the sea overflow section and the distortion. Through the study of the modeling process of each section, the general skill of the three dimensional modeling of the sluice is obtained, which is suitable for the modeling of different modeling. It is helpful to promote the research and application of the visualization of water conservancy projects. The three dimension model of the completed sluice can be created to realize the exterior of the multi angle observation entity. The internal structure of the sluice can be clearly displayed by cutting the 3D model, and the three-dimensional model can also transform the two dimensional view and the axonometric map, and the model of the sluice can be made by 3D printing technology, which has high precision, good intuition, quick convenience, low cost and easy to design people. The staff will compare and modify the plan to shorten the design cycle, thereby saving costs and speeding up the progress of the project.
