[Abstract]:Compared with other construction projects, water conservancy and hydropower project is located in the river basin, the hydrogeological situation is complex, and the scope of construction work is wide, because of the characteristics of contract management of Zheng-1 water conservancy and hydropower project. It is easy to be affected by many uncertain factors in the construction process, including many kinds of professional engineering, large amount of engineering, high requirement of technical equipment, and so on, which need to be repeatedly compared and demonstrated and optimized design and construction scheme. Therefore, the contract management in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects has its own characteristics and difficulties compared with other construction projects. At present, most of the large water conservancy and hydropower projects in China use a single parallel contracting mode, that is, by issuing contracts.
