浙江省临海市坑里水库除险加固研究

【摘要】:我国水库为数众多,累计兴建了约8.7万多座,这些水库不仅增强了江河综合防洪能力,而且提高了水资源的调控水平,在防洪、灌溉、供水、发电等方面发挥了巨大效益,在保障国民经济建设以及农田水利建设中发挥了重要的作用。但由于水库的长期运行,工程存在老化、破坏、自然侵蚀等现象,许多水库出现了防洪标准偏低,达不到规范的问题,从而形成了大量的病险水库,不仅造成水库不能正常运行,而且严重威胁着下游人民生命财产的安全。因此,对水库存在的问题及隐患进行排查、修补、对病险水库进行加固,实属当务之急。本文结合具体工程,在实地调查研究、收集资料的基础上采用理论计算与实际分析相结合的方法,对浙江省临海市坑里水库除险加固工程进行了设计研究。主要研究内容为:针对拦河坝存在的坝体渗流不安全、不稳定,存在渗流隐患;拦河坝上、下游坝坡不稳定,拦河坝粘土心墙截水槽下游测与下游含砾砂粉质粘土副心墙底部无反滤,上、下游护坡不安全,坝顶结构不安全,坑里水库拦河坝存在严重的结构安全隐患等问题,经综合考虑,拟选具有防渗可靠、耐久性及安全度较高、可靠性较强、施工方便、防渗处理较彻底以及投资较合理等优点的悬挂式低弹模混凝土防渗墙防渗为除险加固方案。同时,经过大坝渗流、大坝抗滑稳定、大坝应力、大坝左岸坝头挡墙稳定和基础应力、上游护坡厚度等的计算,确定拦河坝除险加固设计。针对溢洪道存在的问题,从溢洪道除险加固、溢洪道除险加固基础处理和溢洪道除险加固设计计算三个方面,进行溢洪道除险加固设计,确保坑里水库的安全,并发挥其原有设计功能。
[Abstract]:There are a large number of reservoirs in China, with a cumulative construction of more than 87000. These reservoirs not only enhance the comprehensive flood control capacity of rivers and rivers, but also improve the level of water resources regulation and control. They have played a great role in flood control, irrigation, water supply, power generation, and so on. In the protection of national economic construction and irrigation and water conservancy construction has played an important role. However, due to the long-term operation of the reservoir, the existence of aging, destruction, natural erosion and other phenomena, many reservoirs have low flood control standards, which can not reach the standard, thus forming a large number of dangerous reservoirs. It not only causes the reservoir not to operate normally, but also threatens the safety of people's life and property. Therefore, it is urgent to investigate, repair and reinforce the reservoir. In this paper, based on field investigation and data collection, combined with concrete project, the method of combining theoretical calculation with practical analysis is adopted to design and study the project of eliminating danger and strengthening the reservoir in Linhai City, Zhejiang Province. The main research contents are as follows: in view of the dam body seepage is unsafe, unstable, percolation hidden danger, upstream and downstream dam slope is unstable, The bottom of the silty clay core wall with gravel is not filtered, the slope is not safe, the structure of the dam top is not safe, and the dam of the Keng Li reservoir has serious structural safety hidden trouble, and so on, the downstream measurement of the clay core wall intercepts the flume and the bottom of the gravel silty clay accessory core wall, the slope protection of the upper and lower reaches of the dam is unsafe. After comprehensive consideration, it is suggested that the anti-seepage scheme of hanging low-elastic modulus concrete impervious wall with the advantages of high durability, high safety, high reliability, convenient construction, thorough anti-seepage treatment and reasonable investment is selected as the anti-seepage and strengthening scheme. At the same time, through the calculation of dam seepage, dam anti-slide stability, dam stress, dam head retaining wall stability and foundation stress on the left bank of the dam, and the thickness of upstream slope protection, the design of dam reinforcement is determined. In view of the existing problems of spillway, from three aspects of spillway danger removal reinforcement, spillway danger removal reinforcement foundation treatment and spillway design and calculation, the spillway danger removal reinforcement design is carried out to ensure the safety of the reservoir in the pit. And give play to its original design function.
