南水北调工程大型渠道机械化衬砌施工直接成本及其控制水平研究

【摘要】:以南水北调中线干线工程某渠道项目施工为例,研究了影响大型渠道机械化衬砌施工资源消耗与施工直接成本的因素。在正常作业条件下,根据施工日志记录施工情况,综合考虑季节、衬砌机转坡吊装等因素,重点研究了典型的CDM07型振动滚筒式衬砌机、SCFM07型滑模衬砌机衬砌工效及大型渠道机械化衬砌施工成本的构成,并计算了衬砌施工直接成本及资源消耗。基于现有条件,提出了南水北调工程标段划分的合理性建议及大型渠道机械化衬砌施工企业直接成本定额水平,为国内承包商制定其内部定额,提高国际工程竞争水平提供了重要参考。
[Abstract]:Taking the construction of a channel project in the middle route of South-to-North Water transfer Project as an example, the factors influencing the consumption of resources and the direct cost of construction of mechanized lining of large-scale canal are studied. Under the normal working conditions, according to the construction log record of the construction situation, considering comprehensively the season, the lining machine turning slope hoisting and other factors, The structure of lining efficiency and construction cost of large-scale mechanized tunnel lining of typical CDM07 vibration drum lining machine and SCFM07 sliding form lining machine are studied emphatically, and the direct cost of lining construction and the consumption of resources are calculated. Based on the existing conditions, this paper puts forward the rational proposal of dividing the section of South-to-North Water transfer Project and the level of direct cost quota for large-scale mechanized tunnel lining construction enterprises, so as to establish the internal quota for domestic contractors. Improving the level of international engineering competition provides an important reference.
