立式水轮发电机组自动化盘车测量分析系统研究

【摘要】:机组盘车在水轮发电机组检修中是最主要的技术工艺之一。盘车质量和精度直接影响今后机组运行的稳定性和可靠性。目前,机组盘车仍以传统的圆周8分点停顿测量和人工分析为主,测量误差较大、原因分析主观性较大、盘车调整方案的偏差较大且效率较低。本文研究和开发了一种轴线连续测量以及结果自动分析的盘车测量分析系统,用以改进目前传统盘车中存在的上述诸多问题。(1)分析悬式组摆度计算公式和轴线测量方法,优化伞式机组摆度计算公式。在分析和总结传统悬式机组盘车原理、摆度计算公式和轴线调整方法的基础上,分析伞式机组与悬式机组的不同点,充分考虑伞式水轮发电机组上导测点与镜板之间的距离,并分析归纳了推力净摆度、法兰净摆度和水导净摆度的计算公式,有效减小了摆度计算误差。(2)优化盘车测量数据采集方法和数据处理算法。为了能够在机组盘车停点或者不停点转动过程中实现同步采样,提出了一种基于可控通道快速扫描的A/D芯片伪同步采集方法,达到所需同步采样指标;设计了与之配套的外围模拟信号调理和键相角度信号发生电路;提出基于粒子群盘车拟合数据优化算法,解决了对盘车摆度准确计算和高点直接判断问题,两种方法通过仿真模拟达到预期效果,并将其应用在自动化盘车测量分析系统软件中。(3)完成自动化盘车测量分析系统的工程实践与应用。自动化盘车测量系统,在悬式机组和伞式机组盘车实践中进行应用,盘车数据处理和轴线调整符合规程规范要求。该系统具有一定的使用价值和进一步深入研究的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Unit wheel is one of the most important technology in the maintenance of hydroelectric generating set. The quality and precision of the rolling stock directly affect the stability and reliability of the unit operation in the future. At present, the traditional standstill measurement and manual analysis of eight points around the circle are still the main methods for the unit, the measurement error is large, the subjective analysis is larger, the deviation of the adjustment scheme is large and the efficiency is low. This paper studies and develops a kind of measuring and analyzing system for continuous axis measurement and automatic analysis of the results, which is used to improve the problems mentioned above in the traditional trailers. (1) the formula of pendulum calculation and the method of axis measurement are analyzed. Optimization of the formula for the calculation of the pendulum of the umbrella unit. On the basis of analyzing and summing up the principle of traditional hanging turbine, the calculation formula of pendulum and the adjustment method of axis, the differences between the umbrella unit and the suspension unit are analyzed, and the distance between the upper guide point and the mirror plate of the umbrella turbine generator is fully considered. The calculation formulas of thrust net swing, flange net swing and hydraulic conductivity are analyzed and summarized, which can effectively reduce the error of pendulum calculation. (2) the data acquisition method and data processing algorithm are optimized. In order to realize synchronous sampling in the process of stopping point or turning point, a pseudo-synchronous acquisition method based on fast scanning of controllable channel is proposed to achieve the required synchronous sampling index. The peripheral analog signal conditioning and key-phase angle signal generating circuit are designed, and the optimization algorithm based on particle swarm optimization is proposed to solve the problem of accurate calculation of wheel swing and direct judgment of high point. The two methods achieve the desired results through simulation, and are applied to the software of the automated trailers measurement and analysis system. (3) the engineering practice and application of the automated trailers measurement and analysis system are completed. The automatic measuring system is applied in the practice of the hanging unit and the umbrella unit. The data processing and axis adjustment of the truck meet the requirements of the specification. This system has certain use value and further research reference value.
