古尔图河梯级电站五级站可行性研究

【摘要】:古尔图河位于东经83°40′~83°53′北纬44°10′~44°51′之间。古尔图河源头位于北天山中部的博罗克努山东段,源头山脊海拔高程一般在4000rn左右。是一条以冰川融水补给为主的河流。该河流多年平均径流10.9m3/s,多年平均径流量3.443亿m3。 从海拔1000的出山口至乌伊公路附近高干闸段,河长25.5km,河道落差405m。河道在山前倾斜平原区的洪积扇上部,地面纵坡较缓,流经砾石戈壁地区,河道渗漏损失较大,冲刷切割能力较差,河床变为宽浅式的。 古尔图河已建的水利工程有古尔图河新、老渠首和古尔图河引水干渠。古尔图河新、老渠首均建有曲线沉沙池、泄洪闸和引水闸。古尔图河干渠引水流量45m3/s年均输水量3.04亿m3,保证下游灌区50万亩耕地的灌溉用水;该干渠由古尔图河新渠首开始,全长25km,经过老渠首至高干闸,然后通过高干闸由柳干渠和高干渠向灌区输水。 本次工程拟建的古尔图河五级电站是接古尔图河四级发电后的尾水进行发电,再将尾水投入六级电站发电。引水渠设计流量按20.0m3/s确定,计入损失流量和冲沙流量后,发电流量按19.02m3/s确定。五级电站设计设计净水头52.03rn,经计算其主要动能指标如下:装机容量8.2MW,,保证出力1.39MW,多年平均发电量3194万kW·h,装机年利用小时3896h。 本文的主要工作: (1)查阅、收集、整理古尔图河水文、工程地质及水能的相关资料; (2)依据相关数据确定电站装机容量、工程选址、工程布置等方案; (3)进行方案对比确定最优方案; (4)经济分析该项目的可行性。
[Abstract]:The Gultu River is situated between longitude 83 掳40 and 83 掳53'N at 44 掳10'N and 44 掳51'N. The source of the Gultu River is located in the central part of the North Tianshan Mountains, and the elevation of the source ridge is generally about 4000rn. It is a river mainly supplied by glacial melting water. The average annual runoff of the river is 10.9 m3 / s, and the annual average runoff is 344.3 million m3. The river is 25.5km long and the river drop is 405m from the outcoming pass of 1000 altitude to the section of Gaogan sluice near the Wuyi highway. In the upper part of the alluvial fan in the sloping plain area of the mountain front, the surface longitudinal slope is relatively gentle, and the channel leakage loss is larger, the scour cutting ability is poor, and the river bed becomes wide and shallow type through the gravel Gobi area. The water conservancy projects of the Gultu River include the new Gultu River, the old canal head and the main diversion channel of the Gultu River. New Gultu River, old canal head are built curve sand basin, flood sluice and diversion sluice. The average annual water delivery capacity of the Gultu River trunk canal 45m3/s is 304 million m3, which ensures irrigation water for 500000 mu of cultivated land in the downstream irrigation area, which begins at the new head of the Gultu River with a total length of 25 km and passes through the head of the old canal to the Gaogan sluice. Then through Gaogan sluice from willow trunk canal and high trunk canal to the irrigation area. The fifth stage power station of Guertuhe River proposed for this project is the tailings of the Goultuhe River to generate electricity, and the tailings will be put into the sixth stage power station to generate electricity. The design flow of the diversion canal is determined by 20.0m3/s, and the power generation flow is determined by 19.02m3/s after taking into account the loss flow and sediment flow. The main kinetic energy indexes of 52.03rnof the design water purification head of the fifth grade power station are as follows: the installed capacity is 8.2 MW, the guaranteed output capacity is 1.39 MW, the average annual generating capacity is 31.94 million kW / h, and the annual operating hours are 3896 h. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) to consult, collect and sort out the relevant data of Gultu river water, engineering geology and hydraulic energy; (2) to determine the power station installed capacity, project location, engineering layout and so on according to the relevant data; (3) to compare and determine the optimal scheme; (4) to analyze the feasibility of the project.
