港区航道、港池挖泥结合吹填造陆工程进度管理研究

【摘要】：项目进度管理是在项目实施过程中,对项目的各个阶段进展程度和项目最终的完工期限所进行的管控,是项目管理的重要内容,直接关系项目的整体收益。对于本工程来说,进度管理更是具有举足轻重的意义,因为南港工业区是天津市“双城区、双港区”战略布局的重要组成部分,也是天津滨海新区的重要组成部分,对推进天津滨海新区开发开放起着至关重要的作用。本文以天津南港工业区港区航道、港池挖泥结合吹填造陆工程项目为例,着重从工期预测及影响工期的关键因素管理的角度来讨论分析工程项目的进度管理。本文系统介绍了项目管理及进度管理的基本概念、特点和基本要素,阐述了进度管理的目标和基本内容等基础理论。论文对天津南港工业区港区航道、港池挖泥结合吹填造陆工程项目进行了结构分解,编制了WBS分解结构。在此基础上,应用未确知有理数的方法对工期进行预测。其次,采用层次分析法对影响项目工期的关键因素进行识别,并提出相应的保障措施与方法。论文的研究成果,对工程项目,尤其是天津南港工业区港区航道、港池挖泥结合吹填造陆工程项目的进度管理工作具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management, which is an important part of project management, which is directly related to the overall income of the project, which controls the progress of each stage of the project and the final completion date of the project. For this project, schedule management is of great significance, because the Nangang Industrial Zone is an important part of the strategic layout of Tianjin's "Shuangcheng District, Shuanggang District", and is also an important part of Tianjin Binhai New area. Tianjin Binhai New area to promote the development and opening up plays a vital role. In this paper, the project of dredging and dredging the harbour pool combined with dredging land is taken as an example to discuss the schedule management of the project from the point of view of the forecast of the construction period and the management of the key factors affecting the construction period. This paper systematically introduces the basic concepts, characteristics and basic elements of project management and schedule management, and expounds the basic theory of schedule management, such as objectives and basic contents. In this paper, the structure decomposition of the waterway, dredging and reclamation project of Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Port area is carried out, and the WBS decomposition structure is worked out. On this basis, the method of unascertained rational number is used to predict the duration of the project. Secondly, AHP is used to identify the key factors that affect the duration of the project, and the corresponding safeguard measures and methods are put forward. The research results of this paper have a reference value for the progress management of the project, especially the waterway of Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone, the dredging and dredging of the harbor pool combined with the reclamation of the land.
