水闸工程健康服役性能评价方法研究

【摘要】:水利是国民经济的基础,而水闸是重要的水工建筑物,作为经济社会可持续发展的重要保障,水闸在工农业生产、供水、防洪、挡潮和排涝等方面发挥着重要作用。然而,水闸在运行过程中,由于各种不可抗因素的影响,水闸各组成部分都出现了破损和老化现象,严重影响了工程效益的发挥,甚至威胁下游人民的生命财产,并制约着国民经济的发展。因此有必要开展水闸服役性能分析方法研究。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)研究了水闸混凝土耐久性影响。主要讨论了碳化作用与碳化预测,海水侵蚀对混凝土影响,混凝土裂缝成因及危险性。(2)提出了基于改进模糊层次分析法、唯一参照物比较判断法(G2法)以及离差最大化法的水闸风险因子权重计算方法,研究了基于故障树法的水闸综合风险分析模型,计算出了相应指标的失事概率,确定了水闸工程的风险等级。(3)对水闸加固期间的施工质量保障方法包括混凝土的施工质量、金属结构施工质量,提出了改进模糊层次分析法及水闸施工质量评价多级施工质量模糊评价法,并对江苏.某水闸加固工程进行施工质量评价。(4)对水闸服役性能提升措施进行分析,研究了水闸提升措施的适用性。利用序关系法及变异系数法对性能提升措施多指标进行主客观赋权,并用博弈论进行融合,得出更为合理的权重。建立了水闸服役性能提升评价物元可拓模型,确定工程加固最优方案。利用故障树法将加固后的水闸进行风险评估,由此确定水闸加固措施的有效性。(5)基于面向对象程序设计思想,采用Visual Basic进行水闸工程健康服役决策系统的开发,建立一套界面友好亲切、使用简捷方便、计算结果准确可靠的软件,为水闸工程服役性能风险评价提供了一个行之有效的计算工具。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy is the foundation of national economy, and sluice is an important hydraulic structure. As an important guarantee of sustainable development of economy and society, sluice plays an important role in industrial and agricultural production, water supply, flood control, tide proof and drainage. However, during the operation of the sluice, due to the influence of various irresistible factors, all the components of the sluice appear the phenomenon of breakage and aging, which seriously affect the exertion of the engineering benefit and even threaten the lives and property of the downstream people. And restrict the development of national economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the performance analysis method of sluice. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the durability of sluice concrete is studied. The carbonation and prediction of carbonation, the influence of seawater erosion on concrete, the causes of concrete cracks and the risk are discussed. (2) based on the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), The unique reference comparison method (G2 method) and the maximum deviation method are used to calculate the weight of sluice risk factors. The comprehensive risk analysis model of sluice based on fault tree method is studied, and the probability of failure of the corresponding indexes is calculated. The risk grade of sluice engineering is determined. (3) the methods of ensuring the construction quality of sluice during the reinforcement period include the construction quality of concrete and the construction quality of metal structure. An improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and a multistage fuzzy evaluation method for construction quality of sluice are put forward. The construction quality of a sluice reinforcement project is evaluated. (4) the measures to improve the service performance of the sluice are analyzed and the applicability of the hoisting measures is studied. The order relation method and coefficient of variation method are used to give subjective and objective weight to the multiple indexes of performance improvement measures, and the game theory is used to fuse to obtain more reasonable weights. A matter-element extension model for evaluating the service performance of sluice is established to determine the optimal scheme of engineering reinforcement. The method of fault tree is used to evaluate the risk of the reinforced sluice, and the effectiveness of the reinforcement measures is determined. (5) based on the object-oriented programming idea, Visual basic is used to develop the health service decision system of sluice engineering. A set of software with friendly interface, simple and convenient use, accurate and reliable calculation results is established, which provides an effective calculation tool for the risk evaluation of sluice engineering service performance.
