基于层次分析—灰色理论的南水北调中线穿黄隧洞施工风险评价研究

【摘要】:南水北调工程是我国近年来规划和实施的一项重大的跨流域调水工程,穿黄隧洞工程是南水北调中线工程穿越黄河的关键性建筑物。隧洞主要经过由饱和中细砂、粉质壤土和半砂半土等组成的混合地层,水文地质条件较复杂,具有较高难度的技术要求。另外,中线穿黄隧洞具有直径大、距离长的特点,属于大型输水隧洞工程,地下水压力较大,对隧洞的施工设备和施工工艺要求较高。因此,开展南水北调中线穿黄隧洞施工风险评价研究,对于穿黄隧洞的施工风险管理和控制具有重要的参考价值。论文结合南水北调中线穿黄隧洞项目,从项目的实际情况出发,采用层次分析—灰色理论,开展了南水北调中线穿黄隧洞施工风险评价研究。论述了课题的研究背景及意义,水下隧洞施工风险评价的国内外研究现状,以及论文的研究方法及主要内容。阐述了风险分析的基本理论及方法,构建了水下隧洞施工风险评价模型。并以实际工程为例,阐述了南水北调中线穿黄隧洞工程的概况、施工方式、隧洞断面型式以及工程特点,从风险识别方式、风险因素识别和风险评价指标体系等方面对南水北调中线穿黄隧洞施工风险进行了识别,分别采用层次分析法和灰色聚类法对南水北调中线穿黄隧洞进行了施工风险评价,通过客观、有效的风险评价模型,分析了南水北调中线穿黄隧洞施工的各层次因素的风险等级及整体风险等级。
[Abstract]:The South-to-North Water transfer Project is a major trans-basin water transfer project planned and implemented in China in recent years. The Yellow River Tunnel Project is the key building for the South-to-North Water transfer Project to cross the Yellow River. The tunnel is mainly composed of saturated medium and fine sand silty loam and half sand and half soil. The hydrogeological conditions are complicated and the technical requirements are high. In addition, the middle line through the Yellow River tunnel has the characteristics of large diameter and long distance, it belongs to the large water conveyance tunnel project, the groundwater pressure is high, and the construction equipment and construction technology of the tunnel are required to be higher. Therefore, it is of great reference value for the construction risk management and control of the Yellow River Tunnel to carry out the risk evaluation study of the middle route of the South-to-North Water transfer Project through the Yellow River Tunnel. Based on the project of the Yellow River Tunnel in the middle line of South-to-North Water transfer Project and the actual situation of the project, the risk assessment of the construction of the tunnel through the Yellow River in the middle line of the South-to-North Water transfer Project is studied by using the analytic hierarchy process and grey theory. This paper discusses the research background and significance of the subject, the research status of underwater tunnel construction risk assessment at home and abroad, as well as the research methods and main contents of the paper. The basic theory and method of risk analysis are expounded, and the risk assessment model of underwater tunnel construction is constructed. Taking the actual project as an example, this paper expounds the general situation, construction mode, tunnel section type and engineering characteristics of the Yellow River Tunnel in the middle route of the South-to-North Water transfer Project. Risk factor identification and risk evaluation index system are used to identify the construction risk of the middle line of the South-to-North Water transfer Project through the Yellow River tunnel. The construction risk of the tunnel is evaluated by using AHP and grey cluster method, respectively, in the middle line of the South-to-North Water transfer Project. Based on the objective and effective risk assessment model, the risk grade and the overall risk grade of each level factor in the construction of the Yellow River tunnel in the middle route of the South-to-North Water transfer Project are analyzed.
