潍坊市嵩山水库除险加固设计方案优化研究

【摘要】:嵩山水库位于临朐县西南方约25公里处,弥河的支流石河的上游。嵩山水库是一座以防洪和灌溉为主,兼有养殖和发电等综合利用的中型水库,控制流域面积151平方公里。嵩山水库主体工程始建于1966年10月,1970年1月竣工蓄水。水库按照百年一遇洪水设计,相应洪水位290.03米;三百年一遇洪水校核,最高洪水位290.98米,最大泄量1532m3/s。总库容5628万立方米;兴利库容4053万立方米;死库容533万立方米。水库总流域面积36.4平方公里,总库容222万立方米。本流域内无国家基本雨量站、水文站。 水库防洪保护下游临朐、青州、寿光城区及沿河两岸32万人民生命财产安全,还保护着下游40公里处的胶济铁路、济青高速公路等重要交通干线,以及上百家大中型企业、20余万亩农田的防洪安全,水库地理位置非常重要。 本文通过搜集资料、现场调研、理论分析、实践结合等方法,对嵩山水库除险加固工程进行水文计算;特别是对嵩山水库大坝除险加固工程的各种方案进行比较分析,从而得出最优方案。 水库除险加固工程的实施,不仅大大增加了水库的经济效益,而且增强了水库的调洪能力,减轻了洪水对下游造成的洪水灾害。本篇论文通过嵩山水库除险加固工程设计经验的总结,希望能为同类工程的设计提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The Songshan reservoir is located about 25 kilometers southwest of Linqu county and the upper reaches of the tributary of the river. The Songshan reservoir is a medium reservoir with a comprehensive utilization of flood control and irrigation, with a comprehensive utilization of aquaculture and electricity, which controls the area of 151 square kilometers. The main project of the Songshan reservoir was built in October 1966 and completed in January 1970. The reservoir is in accordance with 100 Annual flood design, corresponding flood 290.03 meters, three hundred years of a flood check, the maximum flood level of 290.98 meters, the maximum volume of 1532m3/s. total volume of 56 million 280 thousand cubic meters, Xingli reservoir capacity 40 million 530 thousand cubic meters, 5 million 330 thousand cubic meters of dead storage capacity, the total reservoir area of 36.4 square kilometers, total storage capacity 2 million 220 thousand cubic meters. No country basic in this river basin. Rain station, hydrologic station.
The reservoir flood protection and protection in the lower reaches of Linqu, Qingzhou, Shouguang urban area and the 320 thousand people on both sides of the river are safe and safe. It also protects the Jiaoji railway, the jinjiqing highway and other important traffic arteries, as well as the hundreds of large and medium-sized enterprises, and more than 20 million mu of farmland in flood control safety. The location of the reservoir is very important.
In this paper, through the collection of data, field investigation, theoretical analysis, practice and other methods, the hydrologic calculation of the Songshan reservoir reinforcement project is carried out, especially the various schemes for the dam removal and reinforcement project of the Songshan reservoir are compared and analyzed, thus the optimal scheme is obtained.
The implementation of the reservoir removal and reinforcement project not only greatly increases the economic benefit of the reservoir, but also strengthens the flood control capacity of the reservoir, reduces the flood disaster caused by the flood to the lower reaches. This paper, through the summary of the design experience of the Songshan reservoir reinforcement engineering, hopes to provide some reference value for the design of the same kind of project.
