齐热哈塔尔水电站深埋引水隧洞衬砌结构有限元分析

【摘要】:随着我国经济快速发展,对能源的需求也越来越大,水利发电得到了大力发展。引水隧洞作为水电站发电不可或缺的重要组成部分,引水隧洞衬砌结构受力情况和稳定性一直是我们研究的重要课题。随着我国水利水电工程的快速发展,引水隧洞洞身长度越来越长,埋深也越来越深,工程地质情况越来越复杂,这都对于引水隧洞衬砌结构的受力情况的分析有了更严格的要求。 本文以齐热哈塔尔水电站工程引水隧洞为背景,主要研究不同引水隧洞断面衬砌受力特征,以及圆形引水隧洞在不同工况下衬砌受力特征情况。本位主要工作如下: (1)本文在研究大量的国内外水工隧洞衬砌结构的基础上,采用了有限元的方法,建立了合理齐热哈塔尔水电站的水工隧洞模型,计算荷载作用下的隧洞衬砌受力,对计算结果进行了合理的分析。 (2)水工隧洞采用圆形断面和马蹄形断面进行比较,用ANSYS有限元软件建立齐热哈塔尔水电站引水隧洞断面为圆形和马蹄形的二维隧洞模型,通过有限元的计算求解,,得出这两种断面衬砌受力情况。对比分析两者的受力情况,可以看出圆形断面上支护衬砌受力分布比较均匀,没有明显的应力集中现象。马蹄形断面上支护衬砌受力分布不是特别均匀,在拱底两侧的底脚处有明显的受力变大的情况,在这里出现了应力集中的现象。这对工程的安全运行不利。 (3)采用混凝土对水工隧洞圆形断面进行衬砌,用ANSYS有限元软件模拟不同的围岩情况下,各工况中衬砌结构的受力情况。分析各种不同围岩类型、不同衬砌厚度、不同工况下,衬砌结构受力和变形情况。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, the demand for energy is increasing, and hydropower has been greatly developed. Diversion tunnel is an indispensable part of hydropower station power generation. The stress and stability of lining structure of diversion tunnel has been an important subject of our research. With the rapid development of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China, the length of diversion tunnel is getting longer and longer, and the buried depth is getting deeper and deeper, and the engineering geological situation is becoming more and more complex. This has more strict requirements for the analysis of the stress on the lining structure of the diversion tunnel. Based on the background of diversion tunnel of Zizehattar Hydropower Station, this paper mainly studies the stress characteristics of lining in different sections of diversion tunnel and the stress characteristics of lining of circular diversion tunnel under different working conditions. The main work of the standard is as follows: (1) based on the study of a large number of domestic and foreign hydraulic tunnel lining structures, the finite element method is used to establish a reasonable hydraulic tunnel model of Zizehattar Hydropower Station. The stress of tunnel lining under load is calculated and the calculated results are analyzed reasonably. (2) the circular section and horseshoe section of hydraulic tunnel are compared. A two-dimension tunnel model with circular and horseshoe section of diversion tunnel of Zizehattar Hydropower Station is established by using ANSYS finite element software. Through the calculation of finite element method, the stress on the lining of these two sections is obtained. The stress distribution of the lining on the circular section is uniform and there is no obvious stress concentration phenomenon. The stress distribution of the lining on the horseshoe section is not particularly uniform, and the stress concentration appears at the bottom foot on both sides of the arch. This is unfavorable to the safe operation of the project. (3) the lining of the circular section of the hydraulic tunnel is made with concrete, and the stress of the lining structure under different working conditions is simulated by ANSYS finite element software. The stress and deformation of lining structure are analyzed under different surrounding rock types, different lining thickness and different working conditions.
